Sec Final Round 2018 Chorzow Saturday September 15th

I goggle translated all of that Polish article, no mention of anything. So I followed SEC on Twitter, dates confirmed for Gustrow, Germany & Hallstavik, Sweden, neither of which I'll be visiting. Next year.

Do keep up. Those dates were already confirmed on this thread - 2 posts above your original query. Edited by Noodles

I thought this might be of interest to those who watch SEC & best pairs cup on Eurosport via Sky TV

Interesting that about dispute between Sky and Discovery, though I didnt realise Discovery included Eurosport.

I pulled the plug on Sky TV (it finished just 2 days ago) due to high cost which affected my "value for money".

I knew it would take off Eurosport, and without Sky I could no longer access BT Sport (through Plusnet broadband contract) so speedway gp would go.

My access to speedway on TV is now through the internet (You Tube) unless I sort something out in May when my contract with Plusnet expires and I will be free to choose landline/broadband/TV package.

I now rely on FreeSat for TV viewing, using the SKy dish and Sky box/viewing card I have.

What annoys me about leaving Sky is that programs I have recorded on SKyHD (mostly speedway) are now locked in, cannot be viewed at all.

Re BT, I dont know how long the contract is for them to show Speedway GPs, but apart from the live viewing and maybe one or two replays over the following two days, I dont see evidence of them showing replays in the off season periods like they do some other sports. I just wonder whether they will renew the speedway contract whenever it expires.

BT has 2 years left on the 3 year GP and SWC contract.

Good news SEC and best pairs are once again live on Eurosport this season. No info about the Swedish league coverage yet.

Is that British Eurosport?

Checked the Finnish site and there's no mention... If I remember correctly, Finland is nowadays on it's own. There isn't even a "Nordic ES" anymore.

We will watch it on British Eurosport here in the uk. If you watched it last year on your Eurosport channel you should be able to again this year. The info i posted was prior to an Eurosport announcement- bit like a Dutch Grasstrack exclusive !!! Edited by racers and royals

The qualis for this years SEC start on May 1st. Debrecen has been replaced by a track at Nagyhalasz, HU. Never heard, gmaps is showing a nice little round track near the town center.

Anyone with more backround on the subject?
