iris123
Thought I read 4k were there, so 8k at least @Güstrow is very possible as long as the weather is ok My guesstimate must be close.Looks a healthy crowd yet again at Güstrow
Wiseguy
For some reason I really don't like this track, the finish line is too close to the 4th bend and the shale is the wrong colour
iris123
Great ride from Huckenbeck there.Going all the way to the tapes......

iris123
Crowd definitely lower then last year. 4k today. You gotta better view than me,so i take your figure Another great race there from Kai,but do they have to stop the race when someone goes inside the line?????Seems new to me.Thought they just exclude someone and keep the race going  Wooo what a ride from AJ there in ht 20!!! last to first with inches to spare  no-one is going home early at this meeting.German fans certainly have something to cheer about tonight.Looked good for the final for about two seconds then lost it!!!! Wiseguy
thought huckenback looked like winning this until that accident, had a bet on Laguta but looks like Lebedevs is on his 550cc bike so not confident
iris123
Might be right there.Thought it was a good close meeting really.Kai looking really good until the mistake there..... Â Laguta!!! Â Now seems a strange decision as to why he wasn't in the Russian team...... Edited July 15, 2017 by iris123
Ghostwalker
This means that Lebedevs is the new leader of SEC. Now seems a strange decision as to why he wasn't in the Russian team...... Â Yes it does but it probably the same kind of politics that is/was in Denmark/Poland.

Now seems a strange decision as to why he wasn't in the Russian team...... HAVEN'T been able to get an explanation. There is a rumour that he doesn't get on with his brother. That might not be a problem in the next couple of years
iris123
Russia really have had no end of problems over the years, going back to the days when Greg wanted to become a Latvian because of some dispute or other with the Russian federation. And i thought at the time they put in a protest about him getting the wirldcard for the Latvian GP.Hardly ever seem to be able to put out their best team and now it looks like that chances has gone for the time being....... That might not be a problem in the next couple of years Not so, they get along well with each other. Â Money was the only reason that prevented the Russians to track both Lagutas along with Emil in the SWC. None of their three stars rides for peanuts, and the budget of the Russian SWC Team was hardly enough to finace two of them, along with three inexpensive young guns. TM Andrey Savin decided to go for Emil and Grigorij, and left Artem out, who then spent the World Cup week on holidays in Abu Dhabi.

racers and royals
I kept away from checking any scores because I wanted to watch it " delayed live" on Eurosport at 8.45pm- 2 hrs 30 mins programme -easy to get 22 races in. NO EUROSPORT CUT HEAT 5- what a tosser the programme editor must be I know from the track that heat 5 took 3 goes at finishing but surely we could have had the last attempt at the very least. one thing I do like- nothing to do with Eurosport- are the interviews. Not only is Marcelina gorgeous but her English speaking interviews are brilliant !!!!

nw42
I'd say she's well ahead of Sam with English, she's lovely, really nice manner of interviewing riders. As for ht 5, didn't realise we'd missed it as I wasn't concentrating too hard but did wonder when the mention of previous exclusions/red light was made. Â Shame for Kai, rode really well and kept the locals interested. Decent meeting.
racers and royals
She speaks nearly the same language as Sam. I think she does really well and the riders seem to respond and she gets good answers.

Well we learnt from commentary that it took 3 attempts, Milik was 3rd and someone, in red, went over the white line. But rather than show us the race they preferred interviews and even shots of the crowd. What an odd choice to cut out a heat!
