According to the fixtures there is a Wroclaw v Rybnik meeting which is listed alongside the round 9 fixtures in June but says it's on 9th July which is day after World Cup Final at Leszno.

 

Does anyone know if this is correct as bit confused as to why it's in round 9 but is in July??

 

Hope it's correct as Wroclaw is near to Leszno so would definitely go to that after the World Cup to top the week d off nicely!!!

The re-vamped Olympic stadium in Wroclaw is hosting the world games in 2017 20th july- 30 th July - the date change could have something to do with stadium availability or they are looking to cash in on foreign fans wanting to see a match on the Sunday- something we have accused the Poles of not doing in the past.

Bydgoszcz could become a key transit airport this year with train/taxi links to Bydgoszcz itself, Torun, Gniezno and Poznan (amongst others) and with lower league matches being on Saturdays it allows for interesting speedway weekends. I'll be flying in to Bydgoszcz myself on 27th May and will call in at Gniezno v Poznan on the way to Stal Gorzów v Falubaz Zielona Gora on the Sunday.
