StevePark
The reason Redcar only had 1 rider is because Jonas had blown an engine after heat 14 and Jørgensen had injured his shoulder, everybody else's bikes were took apart and put away because they weren't eligible for heat 15 so Jonas couldnt even use someone else's bike, that's where the whole top 3 averages or top 3 scorers on the night is a bad rule, you should be able to choose from any of the 7 riders in the team and it will stop things like this happening Eligibility has got little to do with it. The reserves may still be needed in heat 15 (eligible or not), so at least one of them should have been ready to go out. At the end of the day it comes down to being professional and Redcar have fallen short of being that on this occasion.
scaramanga
Like I said bikes were getting stripped and put away his 2nd bike was there but hadn't been used all night so engine was cold, had no time to warm engine up and get it all setup ready, if he'd of rode that bike he'd of ended up with 2 blown engines that night, who's gonna pay for that, doesn't come cheap, Jonas would of done it if he could as would Jørgensen if he was fit enough to do it sorry not a good enough excuess everyone knows ht 15 is nominated and SHOULD be 4 riders at first attempt of start if redcar were in with a shout of winning something then im sure a rider would soon pull a bike out of a van to be at start line
jenga
hence why hardly any workington fans travel to redcar now . p1$$ poor promotion . mason with a full set so far @ glasgee . Edited October 2, 2016 by jenga
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Good score for Campo Jenga - does that mean he has pushed over that 5 point average that you thought he would make mince meat of??

It wasn't said last night to the ref.
gregory peck
Also why wasn't bjerre given a tac ride in heat ten when 10 behind,a race he won,and they'd have got a 7-2,most bizarre

jenga
Good score for Campo Jenga - does that mean he has pushed over that 5 point average that you thought he would make mince meat of?? canpo was averaging about 5.50 in the middle of the season, but sadly dropped to reserve from the 1st oct . but had some good meetings at home , but still couldnt cut the mustard . his late run of form may give other promoters a wee sniff of what he can do .but not this year .lost out again . but still finished above peterborough .. Also why wasn't bjerre given a tac ride in heat ten when 10 behind,a race he won,and they'd have got a 7-2,most bizarre double points = double money . you know what havvys like . Cubsforever
Believe me....They only get paid for 3 points or they would be clambering to have a tac ride!
Pinny
Wato never got it at Newport under tim stone and at the time it was brought in, nobody was supposed to although im sure if desparate for a win ALL clubs would of paid double for a tac ride at some point.
