Poole 2017

Recommended Posts

you obviously missed the last bit of my post of on purpose?

Matt Ford has NEVER had his own way at any AGM. We've had/have 8-9 other promoters, what do they do, sit in the corner like naughty boys...I think not.. Again you are totally guessing..

Means nothing as Swindon will have the weakest tail end in the Prem with no real 2nd Heat Leader tbh.

Doyle could have 5 starts, but if he has no back up you dont win meetings. Gavan doesn't realise that... :o:rofl:

correct

if Doyle rides for Swindon and Holder , Zagar and Iversen dont ride over here then Doyle should be good for 14 or 15 points every meeting and that is a massive amount.

every team , and 90% of riders will drop their average thats a fact.

Maybe he can go to another team to reduce his average!!

As Matt Ford said in the paper because of the new rules, if Holder were to score a 12-point maximum every meeting, effectively we would be giving away half a point in our team-building structure.

What's more important: wringing every last point to get a team of mercenaries or signing seasoned Poole riders that the fans can get behind. How many one season wonders have Poole signed and dropped?

I'd rather support a club that stays loyal to popular riders, even if we don't win the league every year!

But after one month or however many meetings it would be down to around 10 (in this diluted league) and there's possibly 2.5 points to strengthen the bottom end.

Actually all the team averages are going to drop somewhat. Two teams at 50 points = 100.

90 points in a meeting ....... you do the maths.

Actually it's an even bigger differential as CMA's are based on 4 rides so only 4/5 of the points of the riders in heat 15 (or anyone who has 5 rides) go into the averages, thus the differential is between the 100 in the team building and 84 in the greensheets.

16 points a meeting off the averages!

The fans get behind whoever is in the team, Holder is a popular rider but Matt Ford has decided to go strength in depth, time will tell if he is right but he hasn't been wrong too often in recent times.

If Chris scored a 15 point maximum it wouldn't be & that is what people are failing to see from these new so called averages.

They amount to points per meeting really.

It sucks they can jus change your average like that and put you out of a job that easily 1f60f.png cheers @SpeedwayGB 1f44f-1f3fc.png1f44f-1f3fc.png1f44f-1f3fc.png.

This post just shows Holder wants to ride for Poole and his disappointment. Anyone else feel this AGM is like appointing Trump. NO consideration for Poole, Wolves and Swindon.
