stevebrum
Dear old Gavans on the Poole thread, no suprise there. As you pointed out, it's a free forum. People can post where they want. Get over it.
Starman2006
What the cck has this discussion got to do with Poole 2017? Nothing, but there's many on here who will talk about anything other than the topic.
BWitcher
. For £120 a year you have EVERY PL match screened live in HD and 4k where available. Keep funding crime, there's a good lad.
Starman2006
I used to think speedway was a friendly family sport until I came across this forum! You'l get used to it.
Gemini
I used to think speedway was a friendly family sport until I came across this forum! Ah well we're trying to lose that image. Too many old people around with their fold up chairs, flasks of tea and sandwiches. Speedway has plans to be more vibrant with up to date music from the current top 40, flashing lights, 20 year old wannabe D.J. mingling with the crowd, but don't mention Aunt Vera's Golden Wedding Anniversary or you'll get cut off mid sentence. ......Starman2006.......Nothing, but there's many on here who will talk about anything other than the topic. And why not as nothing is happening in Poole apart from the tide going in and out. I've actually found this close season on the forum more interesting than usual. Long may the Coventry saga drag on.......and on.......and on. Helps to pass the time away. Edited January 26, 2017 by Gemini
Steve Shovlar
Keep funding crime, there's a good lad. Lol! Next you will be towing the government line that any money these people make fund drugs and terrorism. But to fund crime surely you have to pay for it. Truth is I dont pay the £120 a year for the 3'oclocks because its not available to me. But I do watch the football on FS1 and BT, which I get for free due to being a customer of theirs. Indon't have to watch Sky for the football. Edited January 26, 2017 by Steve Shovlar

From the Demise of the Labour Party thread in General, made me chuckle this, from the Guardian on line version.... Link provided by Wolfsbane.... ------------:::::--------------- Since youre here we have a small favour to ask. More people are reading the Guardian than ever but far fewer are paying for it. And advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. The Guardian's independent, investigative journalism takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. But we do it because we believe our perspective matters because it might well be your perspective, too. If everyone who reads our reporting, who likes it, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure. You advocate stealing and are promoting what is effectively 'stolen goods'. How would you feel if I came around yours, nicked some of the artwork you'd bought and started selling it at a much cheaper price?

Fourentee
Their commercial viability might be more at risk because they ludicrously are prepared to pay literally billions for the premier football. Come, come. That's a commercial decision which has reaped huge rewards as you are well aware. Supply and demand, the cornerstone of capitalism. People decide they want to watch it and pay accordingly.

Steve Shovlar
Sorry but I am not going to stop watch Polish speedway meetings on illegal streams. I doubt the Polish authorities are too bothered about a few hundred Brits enjoying their league. The SGP is available on Youtube in HD in many regions. Simply loging on through a vpn gets around the problem for UK citizens, though I myself have BT Sports.
