Jacques
I'd have thought that it's down to Peterborough who they field as long as they have a team there, they can field who thy want surely?
Najjer
Might be for Peterborough but not for Poole. Magnus Zetterstrom got banned for missing the PLRC to ride in Poland before. It'd be for both sides if the BSPA impose a ban.

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Precedent already set with Thorsell missing a wolves meeting for Poland a couple of weeks ago.Thorsell was never in the Wolves declared line up so never pulled out officially (although personally you will see my opinions on the relevant original thread on the matter)Â Holder was declared in the Peterborough line up and is listed in the programme. He has since withdrawn his services. Â He is fit and contracted to be available. Â A ban from British Speedway should follow accordingly.
stevebrum
If Peterborough thought that Holder would be banned, the deal wouldn't have gone through. Not only that, Matt Ford would have had to be notified as Holder is a Poole asset being loaned to Peterborough for the season. As any deal might affect Poole, Matt would have been involved in the deal. Such a deal would have been put before the bspa for clarification. Â Peterborough make their own decisions. It's up to them what they do. It may affect Poole but that's nothing for the BSPA to get involved in. Â Precedent already set with Thorsell missing a wolves meeting for Poland a couple of weeks ago. Different circumstance, as discussed on another thread.

Both have prioritised a polish fixture over a UK one. Either the rules allow this or they don't. Thorssels was worse because wasn't that a re arranged polish fixture?Personally I would say both should get a ban. But as Thorssels did not I struggle to see why Holder should.

Dornier
I would imagine Jack Holder will soon have to decide which country he wants to ride in.

A ORLOV
Short career darling Well if he chooses Poland do not let him back into the UK when they have finished with him
SteveLyric2
As he's not getting a ban then I guess if he makes himself available to British speedway next year then several clubs will be after his signature. He says he wants to race for the Panthers again next year so I presume the Panthers will be changing their race day?!

Steve0
According to Speedway GB website - Jack rode with Peterborough's blessing - so they are the ones in hot water - not Jack
