waiheke1
Milik would be miles better than either of those options, though it would be farcical if he came in on a 2 year old average.
foreverblue
Kacper may be heading to leicester could be a great guest then! Milik would be miles better than either of those options, though it would be farcical if he came in on a 2 year old average. Kacper would be better in my opinion. No rider can come back on a average from 2 seasons ago surely as that would be wrong.

Woz01
When did Milik last ride here 2015? It would be similar to Tai and the debate about his average so don't see the need for it to change.

stevebrum
When did Milik last ride here 2015? It would be similar to Tai and the debate about his average so don't see the need for it to change. Â Tai technically only missed one complete season which would be the same as Milik so i agree. But he still needs to be subjected to the 1.4 conversion so would be 7.94. Â the difference would be that this year starting averages are based on 2nd tier strength. So old EL x 1.4 should be applied where there is no 2016 2nd tier figure to use. 5.67 X 1.4 = 7.
waiheke1
Which is ridiculously low. He should be at least a 7 converted to 9.8. If you didn't ride here in 2016 it should be based on poland/sweden. But fair play to Poole if they can get him on 7.94. That's how you build a championship winning team. SteveLyric2
The danger with any temporary replacement from the start of the season is what will happen after the first set of revised averages?! Â If, say Milik on 7.94 does reasonably well but still drops below Brady's 7.65 with the first new averages then it would be difficult to bring Brady back in wouldn't it?! Milik is better than Brady so hardly the end of the world if you get "stuck" with him.I presume after the first averages there would be a revised conversion of say 1.25 for new riders? In which case I would be amazed if kurtz wasn't a lower average than what Milik achieves.
SteveLyric2
I'm not sure Milik can do a full season due to other commitments. Thats why there have been several 'volunteers' for the early part of the season if needed.
Sidney the robin
Milik last year was very impressive a great signing if Poole get him certain favourites for the title. As he rode less than two years ago he shouldnt have his average reassessed just x 1.4 his actual average. Agrotron
Trouble it makes me laugh when certain supporters come out with the clap trap that Brady is the future of Poole Speedway, pmsl we are in the here and now Milik is better than Brady and always will be imo.

Can Milik actually replace Brady as he has a higher average - are Poole 0.29 under the limit for team building?

Gavan
And Brady is going to feel really wanted if he reads this thread!! Give the guy a chance he's only young! (this is not aimed at you Skidder obv ) Its not about giving the guy a chance its about opinions on wether certain riders are the best riders to have in the team. Poole have a decent top 2 but either Jack Holder or Kurtz will have to step up to become that third heat leader. Personally if Milik was that third heat leader that would look stronger so some Poole fans are rightly concerned over Kurtz. Thats not to say either Brady or Jack cant step up but that position has to be of some concern. There will be nothing wrong with the 2 second strings which will be Newman and one of the other 2. Poole will have the best 2 and 4 in the league and should cover for the possible weaknesses of Pooles top 3.
