Glasgow Vs Somerset Ko Cup Semi-final 2nd Leg, 25 Sep 2016

Next Sunday is free.

Next Sunday it is not surprised at the call off it was monsoon weather yesterday track would have took a pounding.

Next Sunday will give man and machinery the extra time to recover.

Richie moves to number 1 from the 1st and Tungate likewise for the Rebels,it also means they cant use Sarjeant for BWD next week as his average has took a dip.

In fact the choice they have on BWD average has alarmingly diminished, hopefully Nike will be back he would have been a big miss today if it had been on.

Ah, I see tactical speedway.

Suppose more dates will be available once Edinburgh are out of play offs, as long as the tactics work.

Was actually referring to the potential teams that Glasgow have still to race in various competitions, fixture clashes, and potential postponements.

Don't know what you mean on tactical but the rain yesterday was always going to scupper any speedway today.

Met Office forecast is no rain until 4pm but its just chucked it down for around 30 minutes. Interesting to read on another thread about Met Office getting it so wrong on many occasions, this being another.

GLA have still to go back to Edinburgh for a rained off PL fixture but thats the least important of what is to come. If we can schedule Worky away for this Saturday and get it run our fixture situation will become much clearer.

Comment in the past suggest that track drainage is good at Ashfield, must have been a monsoon yesterday.

Hope you get everything fitted in before the snow starts.

You are indeed correct on both.

Yes the drainage is good.

Yes it was monsoon.

c'mon Gazc,,, the rain wasn't that bad yesterday and you were spotted from the top of the towers in Eccles st. with a hose pipe trying to soak everthing below ;)

Wasn't that bad won't need a hosepipe ban up here for a while.
