stevebrum
Best prospect I have seen in a long time Got to agree, especially for someone that has only been on a bike barely a year. Gifted natural.
Phil The Ace
If Clegg , Nielsen , (ect) are holding there own i think Bewley with PL racing could hold his own to surely Belle Vues best prospect since A.Smith, and Screeny.Saying that your main concern probably is you don't want to screw up the lads confidence but he looks a real talent. Don't count out Bewley ever riding again from what I Hear

Halifaxtiger
Don't count out Bewley ever riding again from what I Hear I think you need to elaborate a bit, because that's awful. I know the injuries weren't supposed to be serious but from reading more up to date newspaper reports it looks like there could be more to it than was first believed. Sidney the robin
Did he take a knock on the head ? thought it was bad concussion i wish the lad well and a speedy recovery.
spanner47
Just when BV think they've got a chance of keeping the Bank Manager happy, they get a bad wewther forecast. After the PR disasters at the NSS this season, surely only the die hards will go anywhere near the place. Hopefully not enough rain to call it off, but enough to keep occasional visitors away. Just hope they get better weather for the final, and can fill the place for that.
marko
And history tells us if one semi is postponed and the other runs, the one called off will not be shown on telly when it's restaged.

Any bang to the head is serious and it affects you emotionally to. This blow to the head might be fine but 1 more blow can cause stuff like epilepsy. So sometimes it's better to be safe that sorry. I certainly hope he will line uo at the tapes in 2017 as he as real potential. Not been this excited of a rider since I 1st saw darcy ward at Stoke
bigcatdiary
Not sure on what basis you think the Lakeside crowd was poor. I have heard some say it was good and some say it was poor. When Sky opened on Poole they said the queues had been long since 5.00pm and the place was rammed, the accompanying pictures just seemed to confirm that, then they switched to Lakeside and made no comments about crowds at all and the camera pictures showed hardly anyone there. It was in total contrast to Poole but if your saying it was a good crowd you would surely know, clearly just well spread out.

To be fair there are often fans queuing at Poole at 5pm for any meeting - although they don't usually open the gates til 6.30pm on normal race days. In my opinion the crowd at Poole was decent but not as 'huge' as some in the recent past.

Phil The Ace
So harris is in at no1. There's a surprise That'll help to get the fans flocking back. I've tried to make your post make you sound a bit less of a miserable twart, but I'm not sure it has worked? Where has this come from? From reports we know he had concussion but was it bad and is that the advice he has been given, or have you just googled 'what's the worse that can happen with a bang on the head'? Haha Google the worse that can happen to a knock on the head. If I did that I'd assume he would be dead. Course I dIddnt just Google worse case scenario. As I said it's just hear say. But with his season over there must be some truth in the severity of it.

mdmc82
Harris at Belle Vue certainly weakens Lakeside as its his worst track by far. The Hammers look like they have surrendered already
