Belle Vue V Lakeside 2nd Leg September 26

Recommended Posts

He was booked but didn't ride. Another silly rule added this year that I didn't know about?

He's going to ride tomorrow, wait and see. If it's not Tungate then that rumour will have been incorrect. If Tungate does ride then we know that the rumour was correct and Tungate has been booked since last week.

No. Pedersen only became "unfit" yesterday. Just before the final.

No I honestly heard he was reported 50-50 along with Kyle Newman for the first leg.

I definitely did not imagine it and this is why this original post has confused me.

Perhaps, Pedersen has been 50-50 for a few weeks now and he gave it a go in the first leg but he definitely looked out of sorts in the meeting. If Poole wanted to strengthen, surely a fit Tungate outscores an unfit Pedersen even round Poole but away from home even more so I believe.

Sorry Hammer and Aces fans for hijacking the thread.

The weather forecast for this is worse than for Wolverhampton. Heavy rain from 10.00 to 16.00 then light rain until 18.00 with more light rain at 20.00. Hopefully, the forecast will improve and any rain in the few hours before start time will disappear and give time for the drainage to do it's job and for the track staff to do theirs.

Barring an early call off I'll be there and I hope that despite the forecast fans will turn up in large numbers to show their support to the 1-7 who have got us to the top of the league and after an outstanding performance at Lakeside, into a strong position to get into the final.

I also wish Wolves well and hope we meet them in the final.

If it's on the track will be very wet and grippy. So whoever gates will win. If lakeside out gate us and get on that fast inside line then they could spring a surprise.

It's not all over yet guys

Around 1000 seats already taken for tonight, that's the most I've seen apart from the poole bank holiday meeting. Considering that we already have an 8 point lead I think thats absolutely fantastic support.

Hopefully the weather isn't quite as wet as some are suggesting.

Does anyone know if there's going to a big screen to show the other semi?

Alot are tickets that have been pre printed ready to give out tonight to keep the ques down

Raining steadily

Not been as heavy as expected

Maybe she`d just heard the Wolves Poole meeting had been called off.
