Cookie certainly has gone backwards since he joined the Panties.

One race win all night.

And we had Kaiser Kevin getting off his sick bed to ride (and beat cookie twice).

Seems he has been laid up with the Jacobs bug.

Shame that some others weren't as professional.

The word on the terraces (well scaffolding really!!) at Ippo last night was that scoobydoo and MF are one and the same person.

There's a scary thought.

I'll stick to the jammy Wagon Wheels I think.

Nearly as scary as stalking Rathbone :P

"So Berwick will consist of every rider that Rathbone has sacked?"

Better to have raced and lost than not to have raced at all.

my thoughts entirely. Congratulations Panthers for fulfilling your duties, despite all the provocation.

Ah bless! :D

Success in speedway is winning at home and keeping the faithful happy and in that aspect, Scunny have been more successful this season than Peterborough.

Scunthorpe are one of the smaller clubs in the Premier League and live within their means. Despite that, the club has punched above its weight, and won the Premier League title as recently as 2012. All under one promotion since Scunthorpe Speedway's re-opening in 2005, with a nice continuity of riders.

On the other hand, twice EL champions Peterborough really should be a heavyweight in the Premier League. So when's the last time you won the PL, Mr BigCatDiary? Or any variety of league title?

All the best

Rob

laughable post. Congratulations on such a successful season

Exactly what Edinburgh deserve, well done Panthers.

Utterly pathetic, the reason you didn't make the playoffs was your home form and had nothing to do with the Edinburgh match. Given cookie and ostergaards score tonight if you had turned up with a full team you would have got closer but still went home with zero points. Blaming monarchs and the bspa is just smoke and mirrors to deflect from a disaster of a season. If the reason Panthers turned up with a below strength team was revenge for the fixture not being run then your promotion have no place in the sport.

I enjoyed tonight a couple of good races and always a pleasure watching Craig ride, never really a contest but some confidence boosts for mark and erik. Cookie's interview was class would have him back in a heartbeat but would much prefer he got a decent chance abroad, he just needs a bit of a break.
