DC2
So both scored points away? Your point is?
Game On
Figure of speech for Grondal but Wajknecht was a fact. But I like shutting down trolls so here Grondal - Away @ Berwick - 0, 0, 3, 0 = 3 @ Ipswich - 1, 1, 1, 0 = 3 @ Newcastle - 0, 0, 0, 0 = 0 @ Scunthorpe - 1, F, F/EX, 1* = 2+1 All of which are more than a point apart from Newcastle. DC2
Wajknecht averaged away 2.4 (3.47 with bonus).
DC2
Pretty sure Zach will be on a par with Branford & better than Shanes.
Grachan
My point is Wajtknecht couldn't even achieve a 3.00 average in the PL so what chance has he got in the EL. Grondal is just as disappointing. Emil come into the PL on a 7.00 average after 2 years his average is around 4.5. Yet you think Swindon will be challenging for the play-offs. No chance. You don't seriously think this is still the EL? It's a two tier Premier League now.
Grachan
Premiership is still stronger than the Championship. So. You said it was EL and it isn't. EL standard teams are gone forever. It's Premier League. That's where the averages are from.
Col
Premiership is still stronger than the Championship. Never Sherlock, by 10 points AKA 20%, it used to be by 50% Edited December 1, 2016 by Col
theblueboy
Could be known as Swindon Bobbins this season... Seriously, £17 for this line up? My leisure £ plus petrol may need a rethink. 😞
Bee 26
SIGNING | @SwindonSpeedway agree to bring Danish racer Mikkel B Andersen to Wiltshire as they complete their side for 2017.
Grachan
His name is Andersen. He's Danish. So he must be quite good, right?
hyabb17
It's a gamble but one worth taking, with the points left we didn't really have much choice. The team is young, hungry & hopefully that brings success! Morris must step up now!!!! Edited December 1, 2016 by hyabb17
mdmc82
3 riders who have never ridden a top tier British track before. Good luck. Zach has in the NL. He's already rode at Coventry, King's Lynn, Rye House & Belle Vue But different though coming out against NL riders and coming out in unprotected heats against Lindgren, King, Harris etc. SIGNING | @SwindonSpeedway agree to bring Danish racer Mikkel B Andersen to Wiltshire as they complete their side for 2017. He's a rider who should add abit of excitement. It might be a disaster or it could work out really well like Pawlicki did when Rosco gave him a chance. What average does he come in on? DC2
A young, exciting team & the possibility of new assets for the future. Much better than Poole's team of has-been & ringers. Let's face it, we win the league every forty years & that's the way we like it!
A ORLOV
I would be surprised if any of these come in on less than 7.00. You must be because we have signed M B Andersen
Crazy robin
That's Bellego, Grondal who know not many of the track & Mikel who knows none. Going to be a long season & as for assets, they count for nothing these days.
BurntFaceMan
Premiership is still stronger than the Championship. By a gnats cock.
Grachan
I think too much is eing made of whether or not they know the tracks. The important issue is how good they are. That remains to be seen! Apparently, according to the Adver, Andersen was "on the radar" of several clubs and is highly rated by Hans Nielsen, so that has to be a good sign. It's a strange looking side, but hopefully it will do ok. We have 6 riders who are, apparently, improving (although I'd never heard of 3 of them until recently) which could prove a winning formula. Let's hope so. We at least need to win at home to keep the enthusiasm going with the remaining supporters.
arnieg
You must be because we have signed M B Andersen Yes, I am astounded. Any logical assessment would have MBA at 7.00 (6 at a pinch, but certainly not 5.00). Having seen him more than once abroad and the other riders previously named it would be a real slap in the face to British riders to give proven performers in the World Under 21 Final such ridiculously low assessed averages.

DC2
That's Bellego, Grondal who know not many of the track & Mikel who knows none. Going to be a long season & as for assets, they count for nothing these days. Retaining assets like Nick Morris breeds loyalty from the rider & fans. Nick, Ellis, Wajknecht & the Danes could ride for the club for years. Yes, I am astounded. He was rubbish in the U21 finals, loads of falls & lasts. The good British riders will get Premiership places regardless & the others have plenty of places in the lower leagues. The real problem is Championship sides persisting with the likes of Konopka.
