Swindon 2017

Recommended Posts

On holiday oop nawth at the moment and saw Graversen at Sheffield on Thurs and Berwick on Sat and he looked quite good on both occasions. Gappmaier however, was just abysmal. He failed to score at home, only got 3 rides and was in fact beaten by Graversen in his last outing!

I hate to say this, but I fear the loss of Zach may be Swindon's downfall this year, need to find the right guests especially for the play offs!

I'm not so sure.I know it will hamper the Robins, but they are very strong and if they pick the right guests(if available) for the tracks they are riding,i can see them going all the way.

David Bellego guesting for Belle Vue at Somerset tomorrow night. He really is a treat to watch at the OTA if anyone fancies the short trip to Somerset.

Saw him flying around OTA when Swindon won there back in April.

Bit of a hike from Swindon, over 140 mile round trip, and the dreaded M5 on an August Friday.

Hope he doesn't score too many for BV.

Would like a Zummerzet win.

2 meetings with 2 guests & 000000 to show for it.

Was saying to Hagonshocker tonight Zach missing could cost us in the play/offs over two legs hope not but at the Abbey certainly. Zach will be hard to replace and by saying that just tells you how important he has been to the team Zach,Fricke both got injured both had geniune injuries. Why cant both clubs get a replacement ? a disgrace to be honest and Belle Vue losing Max will suffer more than the Robins which also is unfair on all aces fans. Why don`t people leave the M4 at junc 18 and go past Bath racecourse then via Cheddar gorge and you get to the speedway without hitting the m5

That's even worse...the traffic leaving Junc 18 for Bath is gridlock most days, not just a Friday. There is no fast way of getting to the Oaktree, unless you live south/west of Bristol...I've tried every route. It's a nightmare.

Best to go down at lunch time and spend the afternoon in the pub :drink:
