crazysue
Is there anyone going to this meeting who would be able to text updates from either one or both of the meetings to the Updates site? If so, could you please send me a private message which includes your mobile number. Thanks

Little Thumper
Belle Vue team includes 2 guests and 1 rider replacement!!! This really is a pretty poor state of affairs and short-changes the supporters.
cityrebel
With six other NL teams racing today, it must have been near impossible to book guests for this afternoon.

Yes how dare Bewley and Shuttleworth be injured and Williamson fail to be in two places at once
Brummiestormer
You clearly have no idea whatsoever of the rules governing the NL. Does anyone????
iand
You clearly have no idea whatsoever of the rules governing the NL. Obviously different to the PL as Lambert rode for Newcastle tonight, and he also rode in the U21.
teaboy279
Isn't the golden helmet a FIM sanctioned meeting so takes priority?
Fromafar
Can understand Ellis being allowed to miss the NLRC but not today's as well.Should Ellis really be racing in NL.
Jayne
A rider may be missing for any reason in the NL. Not sure how Eastbourne managed to use R/R at 1 and have a guest for Cottham though as it should have been the other way around. (same for Cov with Davey and Greenwood). iand
And what's that got to do with it. Do keep up. Thought that was quite obvious, Lambert and Ellis both rode in the same World under 21 round.
TurnTwo
Adam rode u21 on Friday Rode Czech golden ribbon FIM event takes priority over NL fixtures by a long way. After finishing third on the Saturday then qualified to ride in golden helmet I believe on Sunday. Which again is FIM meeting.

iand
Just to be clear, as has been said before, you can have a guest for your no1 in any circumstances in the NL. The fact that these were FIM inscribed meetings is neighter here nor there. So Ellis can pick and choose what meetings he wants to do,doesn't seem fair on the fans. Fromafar
it was a pre booked meeting from last yearShould he really be riding at this level nowadays, saw him couple of years ago when he rode for Ipswich and he was above the level then(due to his talent).suppose the easy money helps though.Again not his fault ,typical of Promoters in British Speedway self interest .
