screm
is he going to Workington /? Unlikely, the rumour is he is on his way to Rye House so that would rule out racing for another Saturday night track.

bigeddiechek
From what I understand he comes with a lot of baggage, have been warned to stay clear as far as sponsorship is concerned That's a bit harsh Taffy! screm
BERWICK 1 Chris Harris 9.21 2 Jason Garrity 8.55 3 Nicolaj B Jakobsen 6.50 4 Matthew Wethers 5.65 5 Daniel Gappmaer 4.00 6 Tom Perry 3.76 7 Nathan Greaves 2.32 Total 39.99 Must admit I don`t see Harris being at Berwick, he is bound to be racing in the Premiership which will mean racing at Rye House and Leicester on Saturday nights, he is also going to miss one meeting should Berwick have a home meeting on July 1st for the SWC round at Kings Lynn, after that he has already said he intends to do the SGP qualifiers, most will be at weekends, again meaning its almost certain he will miss Berwick meetings where practice or signing in is compulsory, 2017 is already on the way to being a guest fest without knowingly signing a rider who is bound to miss a decent percentage of meetings. screm
Harris Branford Doolan Carr Garrity Perry Bacon Probably not a great idea to run with a team with four reserves.
Dandelion
Probably not a great idea to run with a team with four reserves. I actually think that team's quite good, a long tail, but big hitters and young British riders
allthegearbutnaeidea
I'd love to see Jake Allen in the team, we nearly had him a couple of years ago and on a 5.96 I think he can improve massively, Tom Perry has a lot to offer on 3.76 as well, was really good to watch at the end of the season
Bandits4eva
If we can get Tom Perry in at reserve, IMO, bit of a no brainer. Not over the moon about the rumours of Garrity coming to us but if it happens then so be it...would Have to look at it as something fresh and certainly will give us some excitement! Got to think we'll have Doolan back as captain too. The rest... God knows!

Hamster00
Liam will struggle to maintain that average in the main body of the team.
screm
Liam will struggle to maintain that average in the main body of the team. Agree with you, IMO this is where the rule makers didn't go far enough last season regarding the draft system as the likes of Liam Carr should've had his starting average last season protected so that even if riders like Carr weren't going to be part of the 2017 draft they would still make attractive signings and it would mean a high possibility of seeing more British riders getting team places which after all is what the draft system is supposed to do. Carr at home might be able to hold his average but away from Shielfield is likely to struggle.
Lygonlad
Bollocks he was regularly a high scorer in meetings when some of the heat leaders were not firing and this year at second string riders will be weaker surely?
