Gazc
I understand now Who else is betting that this is actually like a 12 year old? Depends on your odds that will decide how much I bet you do each way for 11 & 13 years.
Dandelion
Depends on your odds that will decide how much I bet you do each way for 11 & 13 years. If you suggest anything older, you're silly and don't get anything back, anything younger, you'll get more I'd make a witty post about odds and numbers but I don't understand odds Makes me look 12.....
John Leslie
Can anyone help me here. I don't follow Newcastle too closely I'm afraid, but if I take the line up and averages off the BSPA site I get:- R Lambert 8.92 S Worrall 8.47 L Lindgren 7.69 L Rose 6.12 A Morris 4.98 D Phillips 2.00 C Coles 2.00 40.18 Where am I going wrong? Paddy The Rebel
Lambert gets a 2.5% reduction so goes down to 8.71,I came across the same problem.
StevePark
As does Rose (5.97) according to the Diamonds Website. Also, according to the Website, Lambert is 8.70 (pedantic I know ) Edited December 4, 2016 by Steve Park
John Leslie
Thanks. Wouldn't it be nice if they showed this on the website....or even in the rulebook.
The White Knight
Thanks. Wouldn't it be nice if they showed this on the website....or even in the rulebook. Don't be silly - this is Speedway we are talking about.
Tsunami
Thanks. Wouldn't it be nice if they showed this on the website....or even in the rulebook. Site does show we are only 0.04 under the 40 limit.
leander
As does Rose (5.97) according to the Diamonds Website. Also, according to the Website, Lambert is 8.70 (pedantic I know ) Q. When is a 2017 team building average not a 2017 team building average? A. When its shown on the British Speedway Official website. You would expect the 2017 team building list to show the correct average (inc. 2.5% reductions where applicable) wouldn't you? Errrrr............ No. Otherwise some fans might actually get their team predictions right!!!!
John Leslie
Site does show we are only 0.04 under the 40 limit. If we use what the site calls the "2017 team building averages" you are over the limit by 0.18 if we take 2.5% off Lambert and Rose then you're under the limit by 0.19 Now you say you're only under by 0.04 I'm off to phone Carol Vorderman. She'd probably say "not you again". The averages put up on the opening item above this thread gives the averages as follows. Lambert 8.70 Steve 8.47 Ludde 7.69 Rose 6.12 Ash 4.98 Connor 2.00 Danny 2.00 39.96 (0.04) Hope that helps.
Dandelion
Lewis Rose doesn't get a reduction as far as I'm aware?
John Leslie
She'd probably say "not you again". She said she was too busy eating penis and testicles.....I pointed out that she was voted out of the jungle days ago, but she said "who's talking about the jungle". Thanks for the info. So Lambert gets 2.5% deduction, but Rose doesn't? I've now just looked on www.Newcastlediamonds.co and that shows Rose getting 2.5% discount too... curiouser and curiouser.

mauger65
well 8 teams built ... heres my prediction so far 1 Sheffield 2 Glasgow 3 us 4 Ipswich 5 Workington 6 Berwick 7 redcar 8 Scunthorpe assuming we are allowed to field our riders this year ......... we should have in good chance in plrc, pairs, fours and as we will be strong at home no one will fancy meeting us in cup or playoffs mind you I think there will be some wild a wacky results around this season ... I will be amazed if anyone has an unbeaten record at home I know injuries are part and parcel of speedway, but only Sheffield look capable of carrying r/r for any length of time if Glasgow lose Richie they lose a heat leader for 3 strong reserves taking 3 rides if we lose rose or morris .... we will be in trouble ... even at home and likewise the rest look incapable of covering injury also looks like kus and robson are 2 of the casualties of 40 limit and only 10 teams ... very sad

But he has got a polish ride this next year.
