Kings Lynn V Poole Elb 13/09/16

Recommended Posts

Let's hope we can sign off with a strong performance this evening, on paper this ought to be a comfortable away win but if Poole are as poor out of the gate as last night and with us having a ringer at reserve to match theirs we may have a chance.

Perhaps any of the other potential guests either are genuinely not available, or they want £xxxxx to get on a plane, get £xxxxx to get their bikes out the van, £xxxxx for their team, and £xxx per point!!!!!

Chris Harris is UK based, and to be fair, has been riding with an injury the last 2-3 weeks, and always gives 120%

Chris Harris is the Norman Wisdom of speedway, little underdog guy who keeps on bouncing back no matter what gets thrown at him. He must be every team manager's ideal rider.

Neils hasn't walked away at all he's riding in Swedish play offs had our promotion decided on a more sutable night he would have been there Sweden races Tuesday so why have the meeting tonight? Neils hasn't walked away .

What night would you have chosen? Isn't NKI (and Batch for that matter) also involved in the Danish League finals on Wednesday/Thursday?!

You've misunderstood my post.

I meant I would not blame him if he walked away now as in the end of the season which tonight basically is - some could argue our season never actually started LOL.

I have no ill-feeling towards Niels what so ever, just think of the mess we'd be in if he hadn't helped us out this season?!?

Think this will be a LOT closer than most people are expecting. Lynn with all their guests, look a stronger team than if they had their own team out and unless several of the Poole team seriously buck their ideas up from last night, then I think Lynn could even pinch this one!

The reserves, as nearly always now (and as an aside, I think the number of rides a reserve is allowed should be reduced as most matches these days are decided by the performances of 2 reserves rather than that of the 1 - 5 in a team, which I don't think Speedway should really be about!) will be the deciding factor and I'll go for 46 - 44 to Lynn.

I'd have chosen Wednesday.

Niels is missing anyway but we'd of had the added bonus of no Batchelor

Good race between Lambert and Holder before Chris showed him who is boss

Great ride from Huckenbeck to get better of Bjarne and AdamI thought Lynn would put up a fight but apparently not!
