mrss
Why don't you stop knocking everything that Rob Lambert does. It's up to him where he rides and in which league. I hope he signs for the Stars again but if he doesn't it will be up to him.
Daniel Smith
Maybe it's the only offer he has had from Poland,so took it.May as well ride somewhere as to nowhere in Poland. Don't agree, if he wasn't offered a spot from Liga 1 or Ekstraliga he may aswell of stayed in both UK leagues as far more challenging. Pretty sure he'll be in an Elitserien side somewhere so not sure of the Polish 3rd tier contract

Bald Bloke
I thought it was 2nd tier. I've singed in Poland now for the first time and will be racing for Lublin in the second league. All looks to be sorted abroad now. Just got to get sorted in the uk but I'm sure it will be coming soon
Steve0
Interesting tweet from Schlein - where does this suggest to you he will be riding (assuming it's the UK): Rory Schlein @RorySchlein3 Had a good chat with the new gaffer today... team looks good can't wait To get started Doesn't sound like KL unless Rob Lyon has been replaced? I thought Coventry. Edited November 14, 2016 by Steve0
Bagpuss
Rye House I reckon. Always likely that he was going to move on this year for various reasons.

SCB
Whilst you all may end up correct regarding Lambert I still feel it's a backwards step to take. It's all well and good getting big Polish track time but he's not really challenging himself, it just looks like the easy root has been taken. The track size I'm not sure is what he needs, more competitive rider's and the ability to gate should be his target. We all know already he's fast enough. After all the natural ability and potential he'd shown I just feel he's now stuttering Even Ellis now has taken a chance in a 2 tier Polish team, showing a bit more ambition. Im fairly sure that the year Pawlicki was a heat leader for the Bees he was riding Polish 3rd division. He's doing alright for himself. Ultimatum, just being in Poland will be more likely to get him noticed than riding at Scunthorpe, Sheffield, Berwick and Ipswich.

But we are still entitled to an opinion. If we don't criticise, when we praise him it would means nothing, You have to have comparisons.... Blowing sunshine up ones A-SE all the time means nothing.... .
DWP
The fact that no team announcements have been made, accept a few 'Tweets' saying they're working hard on putting a team together, am I right in thinking there may be a supporter meeting to make them announcement or am I still living in cuckoo land ????? Probably Buster been looking at a few of the suggestions on here and thinking 'that's a good idea', or probably 'Can't afford that!!' . Does anybody know what he's thinking ????... As I understand team will be announced in one go at supporter meeting first week December. Date will be announced soon.

Poland is one race day a week, better from an organisational standpoint than riding in the Championship. As said above, it's a shop window opportunity, Polish promoters don't care about the British Leagues, they're more likely to pick up on a top rider in their third division. He's 18, he's doing well enough for an 18 year old rider, he's head and shoulders our best rider under-21, he'll probably be Britain's number two by the time he is 20. Some would say Ellis has shown more ambition, some would say it is more of a gamble because he'll barely get a look in over there if he struggles in his first appearances. Lambert is going about things under the radar somewhat, I feel that Ellis is being set up for a fall with his high average for 2016 and the fact that he's had to look abroad for rides because of that high average he is now saddled with here.

Yeah , and maybe Pigs will fly. In this day and age it only takes 2mins to post a tweet, or put a News Flash on the Website. Saying it : It is hoped we will be in a position to have a Supporters Meeting at the club, sometime in early December to announce the Stars team for 2017..... So bloody simple. and that took 1min 42sec.

Danny Connor
Team I would love to see! Niels, Lambert, Cook, Klindt, Museilak, Huckenbeck, Bailey/JPB/Smith Team i expect to see King, Lambert, Troy/Bjerre, Porsing, Kerr, Rose, Huckenbeck. My main bugbear with riders on EL averages (unconverted) between 6-7.5 are they are often so inconsistent! 1 meeting 12, the next 3. and this is what wins and loses meetings. And i think this has been our problem over the last few years. Mads, Magic, Bjerre, Troy, Rory, Milik! it will be interesting to see how this next season pans out. with most of the Consistent top scorers gone there could be some really mental results!.
