Haza
I, for one, hope it doesn't come to that. surely Holder should be shown the door at least ? I very much doubt there is anyway back for him at Lynn though after a similar fall out with Rory last season he did ride again for the club . For me I'd sooner we signed a permanent replacement for Holder .

I am very unlikely to return to watch the Stars at the AFA unless the the club owner and promoters are prepared to offer up something more than " it's behind us now ". Let's hope there are not many more who feel like me. Some kind of overall explanation is due to fans. And clarity on the active role of Rob Lyon. Needs a major overhaul Rob Lyon has no interest in the stars anymore so should leave, Dale I can't see coming back due to a health issues, holder must be sacked after the 28 day ban so Poole can't use him this year, batchelor needs the sack as well as lambert and huckenbeck let's have riders who want to ride for the stars and would go through a brick wall to do so. And also bring back Jonathan chapman to sort the bloody mess out and then buster can do what he likes best 🚜 Edited July 22, 2017 by lynnboy

John Scrutton
If the referee was unaware that there was unrest in the pits then he wasn't in charge of the meeting like he should have been
Blackadder
How can the Referee be aware of what is happening in the Pits unless he is informed by the Clerk of the Course? I'm sure that I read somewhere that the Referee would be fining Chris Holder.

I hope he is not, he was not alone in his disliking of the track, not alone in missing a heat so unless you're gonna sack 5 of them why pick on him like the SCB did? Just the night before the bloke lead the Stars to victory at Poole, his quote in the press was that he told the guys all he knew. He doesn't become an evil Lord overnight!
Theboss
If Richie Worrall is being released by Poole then I would hope Lynn have offered him a place in the team for with Holder or Bratchelor. A committed British rider with good potential. Two other orders we should be looking to bring back are Mads and Sczepaniak. Like you, I believe the management side needs a major overhaul. It is possible, that this inept management, actually created the situation last week.. I think it's wrong, you label Lambert and Huckenbeck in the same group as the two Aussies, they were being easily led when we had no leaders. They were in a no-win situation. At least they did continue when the track work had finished, which is more than the other 2 did. But saying that, from reading his media messages, I don't think Lambert is completely happy riding for the Stars this year.... The fact, Buster is the Chairman of the BSPA proves he is no fool, But if he doesn't realise how severe the Lynn problem is, he is not as sharp as I took him to be. His only hope is to get JC on board, I cant think of anybody else able enough to fill all those vacancies: Promoter; General Manager; Team Manager; PR man; Mic man, General Dogsbody. mrss
Nothing against J Chapman but he isn't the answer to the problems with the quality of racing and riders attitude. The track has been poor all season and only Buster can fix that.

I agree about the track and riders attitudes but at least JC knows how to promote and build relationships between club riders and fans the current promoter seems to not give a monkeys about fans .

I think the BSPA chose Buster as Chairman and gave him his head to push his ideas because they had no other "determined " leader among them. Or No-one who had any oomph left. Buster's total focus on being the saviour of speedway at the helm of the BSPA is the main reason why KL has fallen into it's current poor state. Huge management re-organisation needed at the club OR a simple one? If Buster was able to concentrate fully on the Stars it could still be all retrieved. Is Rob Lyon still interested or not? I always believed that he was an influential figure at the club but recent events prove that he certainly is not now. And yes, Lambert and Huckenbeck were easily led by Holder and Batchelor whose attitude the club no longer needs ( even if their points would be missed ). Lambert might stay if the problems were resolved but don't count on it. Buster has still been doing the track but why has he got that part of things so wrong? JC would be able to highlight areas that Buster not even aware of and address the problems... No JC don't drive the tractor, but he knows when a track is good or bad... lynnboy
The thing is Jonathan has put out an olive branch to help try to sort the mess but I very much doubt there has been any contact to him and doubt there will be which is a shame. If Richie Worrall is being released by Poole then I would hope Lynn have offered him a place in the team for with Holder or Bratchelor. A committed British rider with good potential. Two other orders we should be looking to bring back are Mads and Sczepaniak. I agree with two of the riders but don't think I would bring mads back he is on a downward spiral and nowhere near the rider he use to be. Does not have the money to buy good machinery. Would rather have a young pole 👍
