Surely one of the experts ?? have the answer they seem to have the answer for everything. On seconds thoughts what i have read above The answer is NO. the only way we are going to have a no7 that's makes a difference is to make two changes - Porsing has been suggested as the other rider to go - Tungate Newman has been suggested on here a few posts back so there is two names . Tungate has practiced at Lynn so who knows could be in the frame . It's that or we run what is effectively a 6 man team for the rest of the season or until Simon is fit again . mrss
Why is it other clubs make changes when riders are not doing well but Kings Lynn don't? Is it that riders don't want to ride for Lynn or can't the club management be bothered to make changes?
semion
that's the difference from having someone promoting the club to its best interest- now sadly it feels like we just go with the flow and since you left things have slipped big time - never thought I'd say this but has the time come for a new promotion? Â Well the football Club didn't do much after JC left and was then sold on...so who knows. Why is it other clubs make changes when riders are not doing well but Kings Lynn don't? Is it that riders don't want to ride for Lynn or can't the club management be bothered to make changes? Â Maybe other Clubs are prepared to pay the asking price to make changes. ? Star Fever
Now confirmed that Carl Wilkinson guests in place of Kai Huckenbeck. Jeez .... it was going to be hard to win this meeting anyway... with no Kai it hardly increases our chances with not even one * decent reserve. Nothing against Wilko but strewth!!! Â *who's in for Simon anyway ? ? Â Â sorry this is in the wrong thread but there isn't a v. Wolves thread .....? John Scrutton
I would like to see Tungate line up for Lynn But he was released by Somerset because of his loss of form has he regained it ?? if not we would have got rid of Porsing and be worse off than we are at present. Tungate has been lapping after matches. but as he lodges with Batchelor and probably travels with him. i wouldn't like to put much faith in him coming here I hope i am wrong
g13webb
Why is it other clubs make changes when riders are not doing well but Kings Lynn don't? Is it that riders don't want to ride for Lynn or can't the club management be bothered to make changes? Â From recent history, the Lynn Stars appear to keep the riders that they originally selected into their team at the start of each season. Its not very often that changes are made unless riders are severely injured and out for the season, will the management pursue any changes. I have always thought the reason Lynn are reluctant to make changes was solely down to the financial implication. Â To a point I can see why team policy are so different, but while the governing body allows teams to swap and change at will, it will continue... Now individually teams either have to comply and swap the out of form riders, or give up on those teams that do. There is no in-between choices. Whilst I can see the merits of keeping out of touch riders in the hope their form will return, I can also see the merits of getting rid of those riders when winning is the only objectives... But if the BSPA put a limit per club per season probably this chopping and changing could be controlled. Even to the point of say 2 windows of opportunity where clubs could swap their riders... Anything would be better than the free for all we have at present...... Â Although I can see the issues of Lynn and Poole teams with their out of touch riders, I also see the plights of riders like Porsing and Newman who have served their clubs well and think it is wrong they are subjected to this added pressure of delivering on command.... Â We don't have many top riders in our league any more , If we continue to treat them like Sh--e it won't be long before they all say ... Up Yours!!!! Bagpuss
I can't imagine Tungate + Newman would fit.
Daniel Smith
I can't imagine Tungate + Newman would fit. Â Tungate doesn't fit for Porsing using the starting of revised averages and Newman's is way higher than S.Lambert's
stevehone
Tungate going elsewhere and Newman's average doesn't fit

semion
Could have stuck with Kenny B and Rory S. If only
Bagpuss
Or not. Both have flourished in environments far more suited to them, I feel we had 'been there done that' with them both.
semion
Not so sure GB both had come back from Nasty injuries and maybe both needed time. Both were also on low averages compared to their capabilities. What's the saying about form being temporary but class being permanent. Â Hindsight is a wonderful thing but at the end of last season and through the winter nobody was really interested in either rider. In fact, none of the top league were interested in Schlein probably thinking he's done. But he'd proved a point at Ipswich so Wolves moved in quick. Bjerre had burnt to many bridges with the fans, he would have been hugely under pressure before a wheel was turned. Could J Holder be coming to KL Â No
Daniel Smith
No Chris Holder for Lejonen in Sweden tonight. Porsing scored 2 from 5 for Rospiggarna in the same meeting.
Phil The Ace
Porsing had crash tonight and is in hospital having x-rays on a suspected broken leg
kelvinht
Bad news for Nik if it is broken, but must now mean the management have to look at a double change
