Terrace Grumbler
Yes, but possibly accurate - and he did turn up. It's meetings like this that make me doubt if some of the people who take money out of this sport actually care about much but that.

Terrace Grumbler
How do you mean by "and he did turn up"? Kennet was supposed to ride for Rye House, he didn't for whatever reason and Rye House didn't bother to send anyone else. From memory they have form for this: does anyone else remember when the pairs was held at Workington and they didn't send one?
soupy
IF I remember rightly it was the four team tournament at Workington& the next day at Glasgow was the pairs.
StevePark
Rene at 1 and R/R at 2, who for Lambert? Rene Bach at 1 - R/R for Victor at 2.
Dandelion
I saw that but my question was who was replacing Lambert, or do we have to rush and get one once he's failed his fitness test tomorrow, (If he does, hopefully not)

You are an expert on fit young lads i heard, so i will believe you 😘 Liam Carr to replace Adam Roynon who aggravated a shoulder injury on Saturday. When did he injure it previously?? ( genuine question) Makes Worky much stronger imo, and will never have a better chance of back to back away victories.

leander
I wonder if SW was saving himself for Belle Vue today - the most disappointing PLRC Performance in Diamonds colours I can recall since Pepe Franc was passed by the track reserve. Hardly. Sheffield yesterday was even more of a gaters paradise than ever. And Steve simply wasn't gating (neither was Cookie who scored the same). The most exciting thing about Sheffield yesterday was the firework display at the end. and I don't particularly like fireworks.
idanthyrsus
oh no he isnt . he is just creaming it . may get a few points , but he aint fit . That will be a full maximum for Robert Lambert then. It's a good job Newcastle had a patched up team or they would have really battered Workington What's Campton playing at doing wheelies when a hundred yards behind on the receiving end of a 5-1? jenga
if you didnt batter workington , there must have been something wrong . our away record for the last two years says it all . campton doing wheelies is his way of saying goodbye to the uk , FOREVER .
