Mad Max
if he had done his job and scored points he wouldn't have been sacked , if I failed miserably at my job on a continual basis i'd be sacked that's the rule of the land But you would still expect to be treated with some respect and not (allegedly) be told lies the day before you were sacked, which cost you money, would you? Don't think anyone would question the decision to replace Hall with Carr, however I do think most would question why Hall was given the role in the first place and most can also see that a trend has developed with how Peterborough dispense with a riders services!

Perhaps he conned Peterborough by telling them about his superior equipment that he obviously hadn't got . Yes it does seem a bit underhand to promise team place is secure and next day it's not , but there is always 2 sides to a story and everybody is listening to 1at the moment. Your reaction and comments are solely based on a tweet from Hall. I would suggest you have no idea of what was really said, and in what context. Anyone continually banging in 000 should really expect the boot at anytime, especially when said rider stated he has top notch equipment..
2ndbendbeerhut
Hall is/was averaging 1.87 from his Peterborough meetings this year... pity he wasn't given a bit more time to show his true potential.....
Lukas
Don't see what all the fuss is about. Hall was given a chance (4 meetings) and didn't take it so he's been replaced with a young Brit who probably should have been signed in the first place.
mudflaps
Don't think Mr Hall is very happy. From his twitter: It's rubbish mate. Spoke to Ged on Monday and he said my job was safe. So bought a new engine. Only for him to ring me Tuesday and drop me. New Engine should hold him in good stead for the next poor bugger that signs him!!

northyorksbear
Interesting. Panthers in talks with Shanes http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/15375112.Shanes_holds_talks_with_Sheffield_and_Peterborough_over_move/?ref=twtrec With carr coming in, and management apparently staying loyal to Lambert, makes you wonder where this reporter is getting info from. Peterborough, Sheffield & Newcastle all can't fit him in without major team surgery, which none would be willing to do. Berwick, other team mentioned is totally unrealistic - Saturday on Scottish border for someone based in Kent(??) or certainly down south!! I think this is old news prior to his average going up that little bit which takes him away from the 2.00 point rider. - well it was enough to get Panthers, Tigers and others all excited, but bemused!!
