Flappy
Liam Carr 15 pts from 6 at I.O.W tonight , I cant help thinking we've missed a trick here. Agree. Hall must be on speed dial. The 2 reserves must score 8 between them imo
LagutaRacingFan
Hall is a decent signing. Does nobody remember his performance vs Reading?
New era Panthers
Hall is a decent signing. Does nobody remember his performance vs Reading? Those days are long gone, I remember great performances from the likes of Andy Ross , John Davis, and Brian Clark as well as many others but I wouldn't expect them to come up to the mark these days. 2006 memories and expecting them to be repeated almost 11 years later is wishful thinking, but I wish him all the best anyway. Money is tight after paying off Hansen and getting Harris - need to go for the cheaper option - ie less points money to pay out
northyorksbear
Richard Hall cant gate for toffee but he can definitely ride a Speedway bike..just hope Panthers can help him out with decent equipment and then we might see abit of the old Richard Hall. Hall looked excellent first couple of meetings, but then really couldn't gate at all and was constantly trying too hard, think he also looked worse due to Perks going so well. IMO His family issues didn't help either! Good luck to him, hope he goes well, but don't come back to haunt us!!!
scoobydoo
Liam Carr 15 pts from 6 at I.O.W tonight , I cant help thinking we've missed a trick here.Tom Bacon scored 17 at Kent Monday evening but his struggles in the championship have been well highlighted goes to show that for some the NL to championship jump is a bigger gap for some. Also shows the sorry state of UK youth development when a team chooses someone like Hall over a NL rider Edited June 14, 2017 by scoobydoo

Agreed although he looked back to his old self on Monday & with much higher confidence. That said he is clearly struggling at P'Boro. I personally think he has what it takes to make it in the Championship but feel its the wrong home track for him to excel.
proud panther
Bacon needs to do a few laps round the boards after the main meeting to get confidence to leave the white line. He gets passed every week, after getting into good scoring positions. Time for Bomber to give him a few tips in my opinion.

I think a lot if the team have given him advice on riding wide but he just doesn't seem keen to do it.
Lukas
Maybe Richard Hall could show Bacon how to ride the outside and Bacon could show Hall how to ride the inside😁
Baldyman
Maybe bacon doesn't yet have the body strength or confidence or set up knowledge to race the outside?
bigcatdiary
Maybe bacon doesn't yet have the body strength or confidence or set up knowledge to race the outside? Not everyone likes to ride wide at Peterborough and we always used to say it sorts the men out from the boys, whether that applies to Bacon I don't know but I am sure he has been told by some of the others. Lukas
He did try the wide line on the 2nd bend Sunday actually.

It does sort the men from the boys, you need good arm and upper body strength to hang on and control a bike in the deep stuff. Having said that..there has been some good riders in the past that only ride the curb.

Lukas
Ulrich guesting for Redcar tonight and doing well..Bomber scored 7 against a tough field in the GP qualifier and didn't qualify. Wajknecht guesting for Hall tomorrow 👍.
TheScotsman
A guest for a rider who has not even ridden yet? Jeez. I see oystercard has suddenly recovered some form. Quite handy timing.
