hans fan
Name them, and realistic ones. Who will improve the side that's the problem panthers ride sundays !!! I see it's been quoted kurtz hasn't got a regular polish gig ??? has batchelor ??? Edited May 24, 2017 by hans fan
Panthers89
The team needs a revamp to stand any chance so the more points to play with the better. 1 Kennett 9.27 2 BWD 5.02 3 Starke 6.75 4 Allen 5.96/Tungate 5.71? 5 Holder 7.16 6 3.83 7 Bacon/Wajknecht - 2.00 Kennett will be pricey as anything! Remember there is a budget, Ged has paid a lot of money to pay off readypower! Tungate is still a 9.00 rider. Reserves there, who's going to score the points? Who's around on a 3.83 average???? If your going to sack riders you need all the answers! Also Holder average will go up on Friday so need to take that into consideration. Yes the team needs changes but won't happen before average changes IMO that's the problem panthers ride sundays !!! I see it's been quoted kurtz hasn't got a regular polish gig ??? has batchelor ??? Does Brady ride second division aswell as Troy? Might be wrong.

Why would Kennett be more expensive than someone like Kurtz or Batchelor? Any team needs a proper number 1 As for the reserve birth, Ayres was available up until a week ago. Wed probably have to stick with Lambert or sign Carr or even Hall. Tungate has done his 4H and 4A and averages 5.71 Edited May 24, 2017 by Flappy

To replace Lambert??? Lambert has reached 5.25, Carr did ok last season but Simon was banging in points last season may aswell stick with him! Yes everyteam needs a proper number one, but breaking the bank for? Can't see it. Might be wrong

Numbers 1, 5 and 6 Yes but then if you can sign JPB and Hume say on 2.00 averages, then you can go top heavy. Rather have that tbh

If we can't sign riders who will improve the team then we might as well stick with what we've already got.
Lukas
Tungate for Ulrich, Berge for Lambert, Zac.W for Bacon?
Panthers89
Tungate for Ulrich, Berge for Lambert, Zac.W for Bacon?Well over the averages ain't it? Tungate 9.03 - Ully 6.70 Berge 6.91 - Lambert 3.00 Zac 2.56 - Bacon 2.00 I want your calculator lol Edited May 24, 2017 by Panthers89
New era Panthers
Tungate for Ulrich, Berge for Lambert, Zac.W for Bacon? Can't see where the improvement would come with those three. In fact I think it would substantially weaken the team . Tungate has the potential to up is average , Berge I really wouldn't want to take the risk on , and Zac W i dont think would be any better than Tom Bacon who is now showing definite signs of improvement and we should without hesitation stick by him and if we don't I;m quite sure there will be plenty of teams just waiting for the chance to jump in and sign him and Lambert at reserve I would expect a big improvement from him. NeilWatson
Tungate has done his 4H and 4A and averages 5.71 Tungate has done his 4H and 4A and averages 9.03.......... That average may drop in the future once Premiership clubs are given new Green Sheet averages, but until then it remains at 9.03.

Flappy
So without the necessary changes it's a battle to avoid the wooden spoon. I recall both Kennett and Harris at the start of the season stating they want to ride both leagues, I wonder if that's still the case Edited May 24, 2017 by Flappy
Lukas
Harris would be a proper showcase signing and would but numbers on the gate.

I recall both Kennett and Harris at the start of the season stating they want to ride both leagues, I wonder if that's still the case Panthers are a mid table team , the problem lies with the 2nd and 3rd heatleader positions in my opinion with Hansen missing a lot of meetings through illness and Ostergaard's poor run of form being the main problems . If the management can get them to up there game and show us that they are still capable of turning in improved consistent performances then I think we could still have a very good season, but top 4 might be a bit too much. The popular choice amongst the punters and management alike, allegedly. The problems were known. Harris would be a proper showcase signing and would but numbers on the gate. Flappy
And would put numbers on the wage bill. We had Cook, Thomsen and Bjerre all on the wage bill at the same time last season. None of those would be cheap.

Before Ged stumped up the cash to pay off readypower... how many times! Your living in cloud cuckoo land if you think any of them will sign. They might sign with a few meetings to go but not this early in the season.
Lukas
People on here claim to think they know everything when really they know nothing. You don't know who we can sign and who we can't just like anyone else.
