Fromafar
Really, I know there's not a lot to choose from so I shouldn't be too surprised or disappointed , but if that's what we've got then we need to encourage him and give him support , Is he on 28 day contract or what. 10 year deal! Sings4Speedway
Wow - I'm astounded!! I thought Hall was at least 10 years older than 32!! But he's spent £1000 on his equipment so that's all good. Lets be honest £1000 these days is a new set of wheels, some covers & if you are lucky there might be some change for some new clutch plates. I know you would miss a grand if you lost it but in speedway terms its not a lot of money.
jenga
i dont know why some fans knock him . on his day he could put a good few heatleaders to shame . great at worky in the early days . the fences on the bends were never safe when he was around .. could very easily find a wee bit of form and then cats will be puuurrrring `! TheScotsman
But when was his last day jenga? And how many teams have dropped him in the last 2/3 seasons?? Redcar / Sheffield / Panters / Berwick / any others? Yes he scored ok at Berwick so maybe he can get that form back.................. or maybe not. Admire him for keeping coming back for more though.
Baldyman
I think his grass tracking corner entry style really slows him down and can cause simple falls, but it's a bit late for him to change that now. he should be good enough to retain his average
allthegearbutnaeidea
He's decent around Shielfield park but suspect just about everywhere else

Bash
His last day was in the Grand Final in 2006 and that line is always mentioned when he signs for a team especially Peterborough. That was 11 years ago and he just doesn't cut it anymore, hence why he keeps getting dropped and doesn't last a season at any club.
SCB
Richard Hall has been signed I was going to say a risk worth taking but I think Ive said that about him every year for the last 5 years.
Boothers
he should be good enough to retain his average Averaged 2.81 for Redcar this season, so shouldn't be too difficult!

Well this must be last chance saloon for him at Peterborough then.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Thats one of the strange quirks of speedway - rider does well and all of a sudden no teams wants to take the risk on a high average. Yet when a rider does poorly they are seen as a bargain average and at least initially in demand. Hall has probably had too many poor showings now to still be in that 2nd category but there will still be that nagging thought in fans heads - "he could smash his average if he can find a bit of form" Could go either way. Lukas
Well all we can do his wish him well and hope for the best..he might be rubbish or u never know he might re-discover his Sheffield form and average 7pts!

Lukas
Richard Hall cant gate for toffee but he can definitely ride a Speedway bike..just hope Panthers can help him out with decent equipment and then we might see abit of the old Richard Hall. Noodles
Hall? Why didn't we just sign a NL rider without asking their current club first?
New era Panthers
Hall? Why didn't we just sign a NL rider without asking their current club first? Liam Carr 15 pts from 6 at I.O.W tonight , I cant help thinking we've missed a trick here.
