dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Harris is one of the few modern riders that can put bums on seats, the crowds at rye this season prove this. He might not be cheap, but he provide VFM in my opinion.well that makes it all alright..... No need to be concerned that a team can build to 44 when the limit is 40 Who needs transparency and integrity anyway....

Once that goes its finished...
Crump99
Well a track to suit the home team this may catch on . Now i have never been known to stick up for the other mob along the M8 in-fact this may be a first but surely all tracks are if possible prepared to suit all home teams. It is then up to the away team to adapt to the track and try better not bitch about it after the fact. You've clearly not read Peterborough threads too often. If we prepare a track that we can ride but the opposition finds difficult (or unable adapt as you put it) then all hell breaks loose.

I have alway's said if the away team whinges about track conditions then tough adapt to it , nothing worse than seeing away teams moaning about the track being to heavy as the home team ride into the sunset. if they can't or won't ride in all track conditions then perhaps they are in the wrong job , some riders are pampered to the extreme. Paulco
Kenneth Hansen coming across as a very angry and bitter man in this morning's Scottish newspaper . It's reported he went on a social media rant attacking the Edinburgh track it wins awards too . He blasted " What a f.....g joke ! How can anyone prepare a track like that for speedway ? " " Smashed bike thanks to another rider with no control over his bike . And now sacked by pboro (sic) , could have saved me the journey to Edinburgh then " . He also blasted Ricky Wells who claimed " nothing wrong with the track " .

proud panther
Hope you mean't guesting Flappy lol. Hansen reminds me of Porsing, thinks he is a superstar, but in reality, is very average.
TheScotsman
But he deleted his Facebook posts when Ricky & Deek had a go back at him. Poor way of sacking him though.

Panther1997
Lambert getting more track time at Lynn, can only be a good thing for us, if he is staying! Ulle going to Scunny when Flappy gets the changes he wants? Edited May 28, 2017 by Panther1997

Edited Lambert getting more track time at Lynn, can only be a good thing for us, if he is staying! Ulle going to Scunny when Flappy gets the changes he wants? Good news for Lambert, however what a strange sport where a rider gets rewarded for dropping 2.5 points from his average. As for Ostergaard he does actually go quite well around Scunthorpe so that's not out of the question. Hansen is available too and would fit Edited May 28, 2017 by Flappy
Crump99
Lol, thought that was just when your riders visit us!!! That's one isolated insignificant example. We have a long history of people throwing their toys out. Coincidentally I seem to recall Chris Louis having his EOES moments, and Rob Lyon had a major hissy fit when questioning his involvement in the sport. He allegedly should have told the pampered riders from 22% Arena that they were in the wrong job

So it happens I agree, but tbf your lot took it to another level with their whinging this year!!!Before you say, I understand some of our riders baulked at worky last night!!! Gemini
Coincidentally I seem to recall Chris Louis having his EOES moments........ Blimey! Even I can remember one of those and not many Speedway things stick in my memory. Just toddling round at the back in all of his heats....I won't say all of his races because heats is the best way to describe his efforts as he certainly didn't race.

What was really interesting is that the texter said the track was tricky, which I seem to recall was the word used by our team at Foxhall. Clearly their is more than one type of tricky, then of course their is Lakeside which is slicky tricky and technically bloody ridiculous.
