scoobydoo
I bet it was Sullivan who nicked it 😁 I thought it was just the press studded number taken but on looking again it was the whole jacket that must of been taken as the number isnt a studded swap job, he used this replacement jacket for the last few meetings and as I had sponsored the jacket for the season I was given this instead complete with his studded name . Good job that the internet wasn't in use as today, can you imagine the fallout from that Where you moving to anyway, anywhere nice? Easter & Oakes knew he was british !! Well for one season anyway. Swindon then got the aussie version!! Moving to Florida .

Lord Skid
We'll soon be having a 4TT, Coventry, Reading, Oxford, Cradley very sad times when four of the greatest are no longer around.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Just seen a piture from todays practice. Perfect camber looks great. Will the inside line be identical? Looks like with the work thats been done there could be options if it was wanted. Am I right in thinking that there is no kerb due to showground not allowing one?

Not sure about allowance from showground management you could well be correct as there as never been a kerb from day 1 in 1970 just a white line strip. There has been a so-called kerb for many years, but it becomes overgrown . Now and again it reappears after a lot of tidying up! It's not really a kerb though as it's level with the shale, but it is concrete kerbstones
SteveLyric2
I see Poole are supporting the Peterborough stance of refusing to sign the necessary paperwork for Jack Holder to have priority to race for Torun!! A bit late in the day - but a strong move nevertheless.

A bit late in the day - but a strong move nevertheless. Putting the Polish paperwork issue to one side, why have Panthers signed a rider who is already committed to riding in Poland on Sundays when their race day is also Sunday? Baldyman
Has anyone asked Holder If he wants to race in Poland or not? And I take it the Polish club will look for another squad member. Edited March 15, 2017 by baldyman
Noodles
Has anyone asked Holder If he wants to race in Poland or not? And I take it the Polish club will look for another squad member.I presume Torun did & I presume Holder does. Why else would theya. offer him a contract b. he sign a contract c. they insist he is available for all matches Edited March 15, 2017 by Noodles
Flappy
It's a bit tough really as Holder needs british racing to obtain a work permit. Holder also has never ridden in poland so he will be nothing more than a squad rider Edited March 15, 2017 by Flappy
Baldyman
I think his brother and Darcy on twitter are telling it how it is, in their eyes Poland should get priority, but for jack, he should race here first

skydog
Thanks. Think I'll treat myself. Be nice to see the Racers' hero of 2008 on track.
Baldyman
Anyone go to press and practice? Was the track change noticeable? Can only make a brilliant track even better.
bigcatdiary
It's certainly was being ridden hard by the team at the practice but was probably slicker than usual. I dare say it will be restored to its usual standard for tomorrow's match after today's practice meeting.
