Your yolking of course

oh per-leeez :nono:

see what happens.....

would be all white imo

Is Brady Kurtz a runner, or is Poland a factor? And who would fit for the other reserve spot? Bewley/Etheridge? Maybe that would leave us too weak at reserve :-/

There might be, but wouldn't say in the frame.

Fair enough.

What about Wright + BW-D ?

Wright is so much better around the Showground.

Kennett is the only Number 1 from last season's PL who hasnt been picked. Only Peterborough and Redcar avaliable. Get Kennett in then the Panthers would go unbeaten at home all season long.

Kennett

Lambert

Ostergaard

Hansen

J. Holder

Everyone of those riders is capable of winning races consistently around the Showground. Zach Wajtknecht at No.7 instead of Perks would fit if Kennett and Lambert get the British reduction.

Yes, I like the idea of a 'top' No.1 - but it seems I'm not the only one who recalls Kennett blowing hot & cold at our track over the years.

However, he would pick up points at most, if not all, the away meetings.

Also, a reserve pairing of Wajtknecht + Bacon would be risky. IMHO it's even more important to have a (potential) 'big hitter' at reserve than it is at No.1

I would be very surprised if Ged has chosen Starke over Allen, T. Kurtz, C. Wright and L. Bjerre.

New/new-ish...?

Been around for a while (since 2007-ish), but post only occasionally - in fits and starts. Tend to get enthused by it - and then interest wanes, mainly due to the incessant schoolyard bickering/point scoring, and the inane drivel that suffocates the interesting stuff.

But wild horses wouldn't keep me from the EoES when Panthers are at home :t:

Was sort of talking monster daz,Flappy. The more interest the better for all teams. I enjoy visiting the showground, plenty of comfortable seating, excellent all round viewing, close to the track so it's nice and loud.

Ah.... ok. :t:

Yep, we're lucky to be able to watch our speedway at the EoES. Is there anywhere better?

Looking at other teams 1-7's. Starke and BWD wouldnt be a bad option after all.

Peterborough very strong at reserve. Bacon one of the better 2 pointers partnered with Lambert or BWD at reserve all season.

I agree with you but...

It is all well and good having a strong reserve all year but we need riders in the top/middle order who are going to improve thier averages, i.e Holder and Hansen. That's why for me the middle order rider we sign is the crucial part in the jigsaw because he has have the potential to do that.

Jake Allen is the only average improver out of Allen, T. Kurtz, Starke & Wright imo

Yes T. Kurtz is good around the Showground but he is also not very good away from home. Starke and Wright always consistent but I cant see them upping their averages.

Jake Allen is a steal on a 5.96. Jake would easily put a point on that average.

I've been a big fan of Jake Allen for two years now, I'd seen him ride in Aus before, Somerset gave him the chance to come over here. I agree with you that he will improve his average especially with it being a second season and not going to many tracks blind like he did this year.
