hans fan
Really hope that Workington survive, but if they didn't, would be happy with Ricky Wells at number 1. with the likes of hansen , oystercard , baby bjerre , lambert can't see they'll be enough room for wells esp with the points limit being around

Panthers89
Dream team: Holder 7.16 Newman 6.31 Jonas B 6.32 Hansen 6.25 Lasse 6.75 Shanes 3.00 Morris 4.37 40.04 With British average reductions would fall under 40.00, team full of progression and be superb around the EOES 40.00 can be done tbh. But it wont happen as you've got to fit in Ostergaard and Lambert .
Panthers89
Ully and Lambert for Newman and Jonas B. Still wouldn't be awful for a 40.

New era Panthers
Havelock has annouced he is stepping down as promoter so it may not be that hard to get Jonas, he likes the Peterborough track too But he's only stepping down when someone comes in to take over and if he's new to Promoting then Havelock would possibly be there for another season to oversee a changeover. under BSPA rules. scoobydoo
There was some rumours of Gary Havelock to run Berwick but with his Redcar connections maybe its Redcar he's to run instead of his dad
Flappy
Didn't Ged say he wants a proper number 1? I don't think we will be seeing Ostergaard, Lambert, Hansen and Bjerre personally.
New era Panthers
Didn't Ged say he wants a proper number 1? I don't think we will be seeing Ostergaard, Lambert, Hansen and Bjerre personally. All depends on just what the points limit is set at, if it's 42.50 #1 U Ostergaard 7.23 #2 K . Newman 6.31 #3 L. Bjerre 6.65 #4 K. Hansen 6.75 #5 J.Holder 7.16 #6 S.Lambert 5.25 #7 C. Mountain 3.00 total 42.35 or if limit is set at 40 .00 Take out K. Newman and replace him with T,Perry 3.95 total would the be 39.99 It maybe nothing like this if a top #1 is signed though, nobody knows what Ged has got planned for us as yet. I don't think we will be seeing Ostergaard, Lambert, Hansen and Bjerre personally. did he ??? i don't think that come from ged , the main thing ged said was he was gonna build a team what will win at home , so i'd expect to see track specialists imo it's no good signing a big hitting no1 when the reserves are gash , lets not forget panthers work within a budget , some of the premier riders what ged contacted before the start of the season were on crazy money , deals and the conversations with some riders were short

Better to have an all round balanced team with reserves being able to chip in with a few points rather than hope opposition falls or engine failures . stevehone
a solid team means you are likely to always have a good reserve with any of the top 6 able to swap positions .. with teams coming to Peterborough and winning I think they all had a strong reserve which made the difference
Flappy
Problem with a so called so if team is exactly what we had ay the start of last season with not enough race winners. stevehone
had a race winner with Cook, but with no reserves it made it harder .. Cook can only have 5 rides

stevehone
never mind no reserves , panthers never had a decent 2nd string either they did, just consistency was missing. Ulrich, Tofty, Busk, Simon, they all had good meetings and bad, and that's why the engine room is so important. as I mentioned before, when Kings Lynn were dominant in the PL they had a middle order that could be relied on a winning mentality will spread also, and it will pull along the lesser riders .. there's a winning mentality at the top, it NEEDS to filter through 1 - 7. the track needs to be made for the worst riders in the team to ride, the rest will cope Edited October 19, 2016 by stevehone

Flappy
Somerset this season and Edinburgh the year before had two 8-9 pointers in their teams and topped the league.
