sharpandroid
It may be that local people who attend the EWR have no interest in who wins but I doubt it. It saddens me to see a group of riders who are all capable of winning as individuals but fail to be a team. Is there a rule in speedway that prevents riders practicing at their own track in a simulated race scenario, like with tapes and actual races against each other? I'm looking forward to some more answers.
hulvik
As we are all now aware Fritz as a badly broken hand following his fall at Edinburgh. Rob as said that it is a long term thing but we are going to muddle through to the next set of averages at the end of the month then see about getting somebody in. So who would you like to see in the team?
Sidney the robin
When are the averages taken into account to decide who rides at number 1, Lewis Kerr is obviously our best rider and the sooner he rides at 1 the better, i hope Matt Williamson has a good meeting for us on Sunday. Why does Josh Auty ride at 5? Will the EWR be empty by May? Why can away riders ride the track better than home riders? How does having a lerger bar help the team? Why do the mics sound like that? Is Andreas Lyager still in the picture? When you said Lewis Kerr was the best rider then the alarm bells were ringing.Kerr,Toft,Auty,Douglas all have there moments but consistency is what they need a great win against Glasgow. And there aim now is to keep things tight on the road and win as many home meetings as possible. proud panther
Could Alex Davies fit in his kevlars, because he looked a bit overweight last season, & hasn't ridden for 6 months +.
Dandelion
It'll be Davies, Lyager, Zdenek or Howe probably Would like to see Jacobs or Stefan though personally or if he can be squeezed in if the averages drop that badly, Bellego Would also love to see Aarnio get a place, being a Newcastle fan and all

Is that their new averages or does greensheets still apply? Does all 7 need to have ridden 4h 4a or what? As with you guys and Wallner and Berwick with Blacklock using guests atm? IronScorpion
http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=83948&page=5 The question is, also, being asked on this thread post#68 I have not seen anything in SS, SCB Rules & Regulations or in any topic. It seems no-one knows but the powers that be , so we will have to wait! Its a bit early but have a
Bear_Bottom
16.2.7 A SGB Premiership or Championship League rider will establish an MA after 4 Home and 4 Away fixtures, becoming effective 7 days after the last qualifying Meeting. Should an Established MA not be achieved to be effective from 1st May, then the MC may issue a revised MA, based upon actual rides if the Team re-declares.
Islander15
So a rolling average from the previous season doesn't count? We're starting afresh this year, even in the second tier.

Also on the rolling aves thread Gambo (who I believe provides the template software for calculations) has stated as such.

Also on the rolling aves thread Gambo (who I believe provides the template software for calculations) has stated as such. Seems strange to reset rolling averages for the second tier. They're in effect not rolling averages this season. Totally understandable for the top tier though.
