Belle Vue V Poole Elb 12/09/16 Sky Meeting

Recommended Posts

Just hope its a great meeting for the people watching on TV.

Strange one that Lisa, every time I come down to Dorset the people I have met have been a friendly bunch.

Gavan hates all things to do with Poole. I don't know why he has to be abusive about people who live there. A lot of people don't like Poole (and I get that!) but complement the good and call them out on the bad. I just don't get the constant hatred all the time.

Dont hate Poole or the majority of fans.

Just you have a resident idiot and a troll on this forum who quite possibly are the 2 most disliked people on here.

They are happy to give the verbals out and then dont like it and cry when they get any back.

Look how stupid Starman has made himself look on this thread yet again and how many people tell him so.? For further proof check the horse racing thread!

Thing is i often compliment the Poole team, Holder and Ellis in particular, except that tends to get ignored doesnt it.

I give my opinion that Newman hasnt been great this season and everyone comes down on you like a tonne of bricks and i hate Poole crops up.

Certain Poole fans are decent and you used to be one of them just a shame 2 of you let you down

That the best you can do....

Sorry to have to tell you but they have done a great job with everything, I took in a match on 3rd of August while staying in St.Helens bought tickets in the afternoon parked no problem, seat by the start, walked straight in showing tickets, fans friendly racing and track excellent, I cant fault it. I really hope everything works out for them.

They are not abusive like you are! I'm betting you have been banned more then they have too. Wonder why that is. You don't know how to debate without insults/abuse. About time you learnt quite frankly. Starman might dig himself into deeper holes rather than admitting he's wrong but at least that's funny. You just come across as angry and aggressive.

According to the latest satellite images/high res rainfall, there's rain heading your way, the saving grace is it's coming from high altitude cloud, and most of it is evaporating before it gets to ground level, but, this may change as temps fall at higher altitudes as the suns heat diminishes, it's just being discussed online as it wasn't in the forecast for today......

That Gavan bloke really does make a fool of himself. In one posts he says Belle Vue are the biggest club, fans, track stadium etc, then in the next he says Manchester is not a speedway town!

Then Poole are favourites and should win by ten. Talk about having no speedway knowledge.

Either that or he is trolling. What is it? Perhaps its both.

In the real world of normal people, hoping for a cracking Sky meeting whatever the result. Want the sport to be the winner.

8 actually. The rest you are talking twaddle, you had a crap crowd for the British final, and if you didn't get a full house for the WC final then there would be something seriously wrong. Thats your lot. But im sure you will continue to bang the drum.

And a few more potential Star sales go down the drain.

Exactly. I've set the TIVO and looking forward to undoubtedly two of the biggest teams in British speedway facing off on a cracking track with Sky's as usual excellent coverage.

I'd say your style of posting puts you very close to the top of the 'most hated' league, your bitterness screams out every time you post on a thread involving Poole, I mean how old are you? I'm sure I read that you have kids, so you are an adult then?

Read your last line again, you've insulted the person you were replying to and you probably never even noticed, bet your keyboard gets some hammer.

How can you hate starman, he's just a harmless numpty with a breeze block for a head, probably not entirely his fault.

whereas 95% of Poole fans who buy the Speedway Star have a subscription to avoid contact with the seller at the track

Thats not true, I heard a lot of the Poole parents take their children to meet coco the clown once a week when they collect their speedway star

Ever wondered why Poole haven't staged the British Final since 09?

There were only 800 paying customers there. It isn't the meeting it was. The TV coverage and the hideous format of current World Championship qualifying have killed it stone dead.

You're in danger of making a fool of yourself, Mr S - Belle Vue being the biggest club, fans, track, stadium, etc doesn't make Manchester a speedway town
