bri1966
Well done Rebels on winning the league. I'm old school speedway so not a fan of the playoffs .Too much can go wrong in speedway over 2 legs to decide the title .Where the Rebels have been consistent through out the season .good

andys
Wether ppl like it or not all Somerset have done is qualified to be one of the six teams to fight it out for the league title. Like scarra says we were far and away the best team but ended up not winning the league a couple of seasons ago. It may not be fair but that's the rules end of!!

It was 2012 when Newcastle topped the Table with 51 pts from Scunny on 50, but Scunny won the Play-Offs, and were Champions Since then, the team topping the Table have also won the Play-Off, namely 2013 Somerset (56 pts), & Edinburgh in 2014 (74 pts) & 2015 (61pts). cyclone
Yes some six years ago now when we won it all except the play offs!! Six Years ago - are we referring to 2010 ? Because if so, I think you must have got your year mixed up, re Newcastle, - here's a link to the 2010 PL table FYI :- http://www.speedwaygb.co/premierleaguetable10 Edited September 7, 2016 by cyclone
Reviresco
Well done Somerset and in particular to Rohan and BWD, both seen as gambles by some at the beginning of the season, looking anything but now. Just shows what taking a gamble sometimes results in and also what changing your logo can do for a club - though I noticed at Rye House that the big Rebels flag is still being flown EDIT: Why do I always pick the duplicated Thread that no one else is posting on, doh. Plesae can the OP delete this Thread. Instructions were put together by A Orlov Edited September 7, 2016 by macca56
