mdmc82
However Holder wasn't really on form in the first half/third of the season. So probably good for 7-8 points really. He only scored 3 from 5 rides on his visit before that as well so thinking it would be closer to 3 as they are his last 2 scores

If he rode today it would be around 7/8 points.
TesarRacing
So is that Hansi, Bucks and Holder out? Bit light in the heat leader department then - will need the second strings/reserves to step up! Â Dakota will be organising a four ball!!!

tellboy
Klindt,Nicholls and R/R for Holder then.Possibly makes Poole a little stronger around Monmore but still think a Wolves win though.
John Leslie
Matt Ford making up his own rules? If two riders are tied then they go in the order of the last GSAs. So Bjarne has to stay in reserve for now. The green sheet averages on the BSPA website show that Kurtz must ride in the main body and Pedersen at reserve.  http://www.speedwaygb.co/files/downloads/el16_issue_27.pdf  Look at the asterisks against Kurtz and Pedersen's name showing the hierarchical order. Kurtz is higher   Let's hope that Craig Ackroyd is on the ball tonight and applies the rules properly Edited September 5, 2016 by John Leslie

Gavan
Theres a shock , Hans and Buck are injured and in step 2 riders who are proven at Wolves, nothing unusual for Poole to adopt this approach. Â I see Matt Ford still assumes Kurtz can ride at reserve. Â He either doesnt know the rules or is blatantly cheating, could any Poole fan tell me which? John Leslie
Lord Ford seems to think that Kurtz will drop to reserve  http://speedwaygb.co/news.php?extend.31215 Yes, that's what we're talking about.  Fat Maud thinks he has the choice to drop Kurtz to reserve, but the rules say that Pedersen must stay at reserve.

I don't think we're gonna get anything out of this meeting.  As for the Kurtz situation, I really don't know, but I hope that Matt F plays things straight and doesn't pull any strokes!!  I think Poole will lose as well by about 10.
hyderd
I'd more comfortable if it was Harris. But oh well! Scott it is. Â Â Let's hope he doesn't "do a Fricke" then. Â Scotty is in a no win situation, if he scores well and helps poole to a win or a point, then us Belle Vue fans won't be happy. However if he does a B Pedersen and goes missing, then the Poole fans will slate him off.
Lefty
Is it mandatory that a 2016 Elite League meeting must have:-  1: a missing GP rider when there is a GP the following Saturday  2: at least two guests.  3: rider replacement.

Matt Ford has got one or two things wrong this year and i think the Kurtz thing is a bad move even if it was legal. Why wouldn't you want Bjarne at reserve when your doing r/r rather than a out of form Kurtz.
