Bagpuss
Poole could well win this with a 5-1 in the reserves race. Whatever is the matter with Freddie? Assuming the track is slick lets hope it's much gripper for the Play Offs so that the south coast mafia are all at sea when it really matters.

Wolfsbane
I see your getting the excuses in early... It's a fact and bloody annoying, win or lose.
foreverblue
Wolverhampton have fallen into the exact same trap as Lakeside. Going into the meeting with an air of superiority, expecting to just turn up and pick up the points. When you consider it is level as I type this, and we have got no points at number five (hans) and only 4 so far from Holders rides, it is quite remarkable. Ellis, Newman, Kurtz and Bjarne have ridden their socks off, well supported by guest Nicholls. Least said about Klindt the better. I still expect us to get rolled in the remaining heats as we have run out of riders, and unbeaten Thorsell and Woffinden are going to be in 14 and 15. But a tremendous effort from the lads. Newman has looked really quick
Pinny
Belle vue are the favorites, as the bookies rightly think.
Steve Shovlar
As I thought we had no riders left at the death. Heat 13 an edr and a guy that has been a worse guest than Fricke. Still, heads high lads even if we don't get a point its a brilliant effort from Middlo and the boys.

mdmc82
Wrist injury for Tai. That's the reason he was replaced by Howarth. Bad news for Wolves
Gavan
So R/R got more than Holder has on his last 2 visits. Nicholls doing better than Hans and Buck would have got a few more than Klindt. Lindgren and Tai get 10 between them and Poole should have wrapped this up
stevebrum
As for Monday Masters may not be fully fit and he has been a massive part of our success this season so his fitness could have a huge bearing on the meeting. Poole have won often at Monmore in recent seasons so don't buy this 'we generally aren't good at Monmore' line. On paper all of their riders have had great meetings at wolves so could be very dangerous if they all click. Still expect Wolves to score 50 points but Poole are a dangerous team at Wolves. as expected and predicted. A patched up Pirates team are a danger (Lakeside anyone?) And have riders more than capable of riding wolves well. No surprise to me on how close the result has been. The news on Tai is quite worrying. Super slow Freddie where are his gp bikes probably left them at Chris Holder's. Cradley riding tomorrow. Explains the slick track. Same old. not so, weather poor yesterday and this morning. Rain has been the issue. Poor old tai! Hope you aren't pleased Tai might be injured? ?
Steve Shovlar
Got a point! Well done lads amazing backs to the wall effort and beyond all expectations.
Perton Wolf
Point for Poole - can't say they didn't deserve it. Thorsell simply awesome tonight, Lindgren beaten by Newman in the last heat :l Although, Newman did ride it well all evening. Only Poole fans would doubt that or haven't watched Nicholls at Monmore often.

Wolfsbane
Strange meeting, all over the shop. Can't deny Poole their point, deserved it. Clegg in ht 12 and Howarth in Ht 14 got us out of the manure. Lindgren & Woffinden did their best to land us in it. Bagpuss
Don't think Freddie & Tai will be getting ten between them again this season, best get it out of the way now before the serious stuff begins.

Only Poole fans would doubt that or haven't watched Nicholls at Monmore often. Thats fine don't disagree. Nicholls scored what Hans would have got. But we got 5 for Holders rides. Holder is on very good form. We got 0 for Buk, who has done quite well around Monmore for a Pole. End of the day Poole did remarkably well considering we only had one heat leader in guest Nicholls. We were always going to run out of riders to combat the Wolves heat leaders, heat 13 the prime example.
