stevebrum
It's more to do with track shape and width but the best races shown tonight were all from Belle Vue. Fair point, whilst the best races from Swindon the other week were the wolves highlights.
SCB
Imagine how silly you might feel after slagging off Krys Kasprzak all year for your number 1 to only score 11 from 10 tonight and now have a significantly lower average than KK. Ouch! 7.50 vs 8.04 Edited August 29, 2016 by SCB

Ouch! Aah bless , you must be so happy that your great number one lead you into the play offs. Oops. Maybe you might have had more points if he hadn't missed a 6th of your meetings. Wonder which is better, an ever present number one in the play offs I think trumps it. Kasprzak as I've already stated has had a much better year than I expected but you will always see him miss matches and have some poor meetings standard. Correct me if I'm wrong . SCB
Tbf, I and other Bees fans have been critical of him missing meetings for the SEC rounds. I never have been happy with it, either with KK himself or our management for running in them dates.
Red Flag
Peason almost drooling over Tai, i'm just waiting for the "dip him in honey and deliver him to my dressing room" comment. Heat 10, no fork cover for TW? He didn't have any last week either,a sponsorship opportunity possibly?
FAST GATER
He didn't have any last week either,a sponsorship opportunity possibly? No Wolves race suit either ,was a little surprised by Tai and Freddie in the second match coming to grief as they did think in both cases it looked like bike set up for the change in track conditions. Thought PK did a fine job, not going to bang bars with Doyle ( in reality no one did class of his own ) but paid17 from 8 starts and in heat 11 did the business with Freddie. I think Bomber was a great guest and paid 25 from 10 starts what wonderful example to the younger riders turns up rolls his sleeves up and gets on with it ,had a lot of stick latterly for silencer issues well he silenced his critics last night .He may never be world champ but he will leave a huge hole in the EL and British s/way when he retires that's for sure ,some how don't think he will last as long as PK sadly !!! g13webb
Ref 100% correct with his Heat 15 decision. Probably Probably correct to the rules , but realistically he was wrong to hold everyone back just to prove a point. He made the decision for all the wrong reasons, and extended the meeting more than Tungate had done. The meeting was Won, there was nothing at stake, been a long night, the track was crap at this stage, all the people wanted to do was go home, the television was over running... and the Ref decides to make appoint.......... PATHETIC..
Wolfsbane
Flint (the ref) made a rod for his own back from heat 1 of the KL match. Failed to enforce start line discipline on all 3 teams and as a consequence as the night wore on riders realised this and chanced their arm more and more.

Midland Red
Well done to Max "roller" Clegg & a poor night for the ref who has missed more rollers than the local decorators. Why would Bomber go on holiday to Cornwall when he lives there anyway?. Because he lives in Coventry! No he doesn't He lives in the village of Binley Woods, which is in Warwickshire, and comes under Rugby Borough The horrid city of Coventry is in the West Midlands, and is soon to be amalgamated with lovely Birmingham Edited August 30, 2016 by Midland Red

ouch
Why did Wolves run a double header and why do Belle Vue have five home matches in 16 days then 1 in the following three weeks?
A ORLOV
The meeting started well for Swindon and was ok up till about heat 10 after which our weaknesses were shown up. I hope Rosco made some changes at the weekend as we have a couple of riders that need changing. Justin was as bad again, despite stating he had sorted out his equipment and Nick and Josh did not do themselves any favours. Our two reserves were well beaten, if we continue like that we will not get to the play offs and will get well beaten in them if we do. What did make me laugh was Jasons comments when interviewed being asked about Roscos team talk, Oh we do not take any notice of what he says, said Jason.
dabbsjoe
Good results for Wolves last night. Disappointed with Freddie lately, is it a coincidence that his form drops off similar to last years when he's confirmed in the GPs for the rest of the season. Bomber was a great guest as usual. Ref was shocking

At least Coventry is closer than a completely different part of the country.
FAST GATER
Thought Chris and Kelvin worked well together last night and the girl in the pits Laura ,maybe a bit of a shake up in the presentation team perhaps ,I really do think that Kelvin has developed into a first class presenter and I am sure his excitememt at times is at the behest of his employers. Double header is counted as one meeting for guests.
