Willowman
Taken from the BSPA website: Campbell said: “...Our riders will still want to win races and score points because it’s their wages, but the word is sensible – we can’t give them the momentum and let them get off to a good start. Glasgow boss Stewart Dickson said: “Our riders will still want to win races and score points because it’s their wages, but the word is sensible – we can’t give them the momentum and let them get off to a good start. Now I know you lot are very local but didn't realise so local that your bosses are psychic.
cyclone
Belle Vue website confirms Nathan Greaves booked by Colts as a guest for Dan Bewley. So, there you go, a re-arranged PL meeting does take priority over a NL meeting, as per 19.9.3, despite the nonsense that was spouted by Cyclone and others on the Scunthorpe v Edinburgh thread. It’s now pretty clear that Edinburgh tracked an illegal side at Scunthorpe, but got away with it, due to a technicality. All the best Rob So speaks the individual who was exposed as posting a complete falsehood on the Forum but never had the decency to admit it. Fenway Bleachers
Of course Monarchs are squeaky clean....... lucifer sam
So speaks the individual who was exposed as posting a complete falsehood on the Forum but never had the decency to admit it. Hardly a trustworthy source. What are you banging on about now? Let's face it, all that rubbish you talked about rule 16.1.3 was just that... rubbish. It didn't apply. If it did, then Bewley would be riding at BV today rather than Edinburgh. Mon the Tigers. MD
Campbells' Armadale track specialists not quite good enough tonight. Looks another difficult night for Summers. With our next meeting a week on Sunday the new averages will be out which should see him move away from No1.
Gazc
Efficient and no injuries never any danger really. Edited August 27, 2016 by Gazc
george.m
Best race of the night? The kids running race round the track. How original. Best part? The false start that the ref allowed. Start them young at Embra.

Gazc
Super result for the Weegies. Done what we had to without taking any risks simple really be harder in the semi final though.
Endeavour
All over after heat 2 , by that time Monarchs had 2 fallers. Sensible riding by Glasgow banging in the 3-3 s. I can't recall many matches when no 5-1 or 1-5 s at all. Think the cup and league will be Somerset's to loose, seem that wee bit above everyone else but stranger things have happened.
damosuzuki
Throughlly enjoyed that, yes the track wasn't ideal and the racing suffered - lot of lock ups - but no injuries, it was close on the night and we are through. Again, speedway feeling like a big event which is always good to see.
Fromafar
Tigers obviously just done enough to get through ,but I think they will be might struggle over 2 legs against the better teams ,Garcia and Ayers were very poor tonight.Worrel was excellent but Lawson and Summers seem to have hit a bad patch.Interesting times ahead. cyclone
Congratulations to the Tigers on progressing to the Semi-Final without any difficulty after their emphatic victory in the First Leg. With Somerset unable to call on Dan Bewley to guest, should Wajknecht, still be on the sidelines, the Ashfield leg, should favour Glasgow, though not having Lunna at reserve will diminish their potential fire power. However over the two legs of this Semi, the Rebels will be considered favourites to be aggregate winners. What are you banging on about now? All the best Rob This Topic which you involved yourself in :- Glasgow V Edinburgh Ko Cup Sunday 31 July 2016 Started Jul 16 2016 and which you avoided responding to the specific points raised in the following posts:- #81 Oh & BTW still awaiting for you to acknowledge that you falsely stated the Monarchs had advised the change on the Sunday morning which was exposed as untrue in the SCB Statement. Here's the link as it appears you might not have read this:- http://www.speedwayg...hp?extend.30910 #107 Furthermore, as you are still avoiding admitting you made a false accusation in post #69 on the Scunny vs Edinburgh thread, asserting Edinburgh only informed Scunny of the change, late Sunday morning, When you have been found out making a false accusation, why not admit it Rob?
