Panthers89
Heeps as always been impressive on visits to the showground. Not afraid to go out wide and very quick. Would never say no if was offered to the panthers
GWC
I see MPT's average has finally gone past 7 so that will make him less attractive now. Cam needs to stick with Rye and improve his gating.

I'd rather have NBJ back on his sub 7 point average.
Ben91
Looking at the greensheets, Morley and Heeps look a lot more attractive propositions for next year. Kennett's average has moved in the right direction too when looking at team building for next season. Unfortunately for the rest of this season though we'll have Lanham at reserve rather than Branford.

waco
At this stage with a possible change in the make up of the leagues next season, ?,It is impossible to speculate on the make up of any sides at this time,,,
Phil The Ace
I reckon you will be EL next year
Ben91
At this stage with a possible change in the make up of the leagues next season, ?,It is impossible to speculate on the make up of any sides at this time,,,  All speculation. Let's hope any silly notions of six rider teams and one big league are swiftly discarded. Fans want to look at possible team permutations over the winter it's natural and to be honest the team building rules for a season should be set a lot earlier than they are at present. The PL has had a 42.5 point limit for quite some time. To be honest it could be reduced for the sake of British Speedway and Brit only reserve rules implemented but as for making the PL a good product in its own right 42.5 has been working.  I reckon you will be EL next year  I hope not. waco
I too hope we do not go down the six riders per team route..I know riders who took part in the trial meetings, and they were not impressed at all,,...
hackneyrocket
If they do go down the six man team or combined league route, I fear for speedway in this country.
New era Panthers
If they do go down the six man team or combined league route, I fear for speedway in this country. I didn't like it when they tried it in the Elite league a few years ago and if they think it's a good idea to try it again then I would have to say that I would not be wasting my time and money on a product that I am not happy with. I don't think I would be alone either. It might cut costs down but attendances would suffer big time ,so there's nothing to gain out of it anyway.

I don't think it's going great as it is especially an EL with guests galore - a league amalgamation with talent dispersed across all clubs might produce a revival.
Toad
Like I said earlier, get Kyle Newman in no matter what the format for next year. Superb again tonight, on a small track too.

Bang average rider in the PL and hasn't improved in years wouldn't want him anywhere near Rye House

Rayleigh
Looked ok in the ELPO match last night at Monmore. Â Buster Douglas beat Mike Tyson, Peter Karger beat Sam Masters sh#t Brexit beat the Remoaners. Â It does seem though with the racecard in the Elite League some Premier riders do better in the Elite League.
Sings4Speedway
Providing the format stays the same i suspect the Rockets team will look pretty similar to this years. The promotion are limited in terms of contacts & connections which will hamper team building. If it wasn't for John Sampford putting the majority together this year it would have been much worse (look at the Raiders). Think a new number 1 will be needed also as a Saturday night track doesn't fit well with Eddie's grass/longtrack ambitions whereas a Thursday night track would.
