Kings Lynn V Swindon 18/8

Recommended Posts

Another shocker of a guest for Swindon in booking a small track specialist having a poor season on a big track.

Come on Rosco you can surely get a better guest than Leigh Lanham

Rosco threw the towel in weeks ago, if we even get a point i'd be surprised.

Happy with Harris and Kerr as guests. We will need Huckenbeck to up his game. Good idea to give Josh Bailey an opportunity. Lanham has never ridden the AFA very well so think stars will edge this.

Rosco has a habit of picking bad guests & Lanham is no different.

A shocking quest😡

Lanham scored 11 there at the GB semi last year.

To compare:

Nicholls 11

Cook 11

King 11

Woffinden 10

Happy with Harris and Kerr also, didn't think of Harris as guest as thought he was struggling with an injury. But he never seems to turn any bookings down.Shame some EDR's don't do the same.

Can't be there tomorrow as work gets in the way,but hope Bailey makes a good fist of his 1st EL outing.

KING’S LYNN: Niels-Kristian Iversen, Kai Huckenbeck, Chris Harris, Rory Schlein, Troy Batchelor, Josh Bailey, Lewis Kerr

SWINDON: Jason Doyle, Justin Sedgmen, Nick Morris, Rohan Tungate, Josh Grajczonek, Leigh Lanham, Stefan Nielsen.

Taken from the KL page.

If so I'd expect an easy home win.

A Micky mouse league with so much wrong with it, what has happened to the days of having a regular 1/7.Tonight Swindon have to win end of otherwise it is curtains for the rest of the season.Would rather beat a full strength Stars team but again the fans are treated with contempt. If i was a Stars fan i would be half tempted not to bother tonight we only have 1 fixture every fortnight and even then we cant have full strength teams.

I stopped bothering a long time ago. The sport in this country is being run by incompetent people who basically haven't got a clue. The supporters are treated with contempt and, I have to say, that appointing Buster as Chairman of the whole shooting match is like putting a lunatic in charge of the asylum. If you can't run your own Club properly, how on earth are you going to sort out everyone else? Guests, rider replacement, riders who pick when they want to ride, lower leagues taking priority, dodgy rule changes, etc. etc. The whole thing is a farcical nonsense and I would suggest that anyone who continues to waste money on it needs to have a bit of a think! :nono::mad:
