Kings Lynn V Swindon 18/8

Recommended Posts

Don't think a rider can guest until they have actually ridden for their home club, but hey who knows these days :P

As far as i am aware he only has to be in a teams declaration, which i am assuming he is now in Wolves.

I must admit of not seeing the rule you are quoting.I know a team wasn't allowed to get rid of a rider if declared in their side and having not ridden a match for them.

We have a match report from Swindon Speedway and Swindon has Leigh Lanham riding in place of Charles Wright, Stefan is back in the team, I did wonder if we may have used Josh Bates, if allowed.

Kings Lynn have Chris Harris in place of R Lambert and Josh Baily at reserve.

This meeting could go either way

You're joking right? No better time to come for Swindon.

Huckenbeck is good for a 0 & Harris & Schlein with around 5 or 6 each.

Who knows with our lot the way they have ridden recently, I hope we can do well but I would not put any money on it.

Apart from Josh Bates can`t be in 2 places at once- I`m sure you could have used him

Harris obviously doesn't see it as an excuse like you keep making for his poor performances

I suspect he sees it as an opportunity to earn a crust as he is not riding abroad. Anyone who has suffered the misfortune of a broken rib knows the agony everytime you take a deep breath, let alone ride a speedway bike. It is bound to affect him but as we know he certainly doesn't lack courage.

Thing is, it's about my team.

If Harris scores less than 10 I certainly won't appreciates him taking the booking or my club for asking him.

R/R would have probably been good for 7-8 anyway.
