Tsunami
I'm asking what he actually does to help GB other than rock up for a week in July yeah With that sort of comment, I don't think you deserve a reply.
Grand Central
One would need to be some sort of pathological Roscoe-hater to pass an adverse comment on him enjoying himself at this time of year. Whilst, simultaneously, being arse licker in chief to TW to offer any sort of support to his comments of recent times. Back in the day I remember that the first days of marriage were taken up with far more 'productive' activities than tweeting. The youth of today, eh? Mark
Obvious that team manager Rossiter can have a holiday but Woffy's tweet is clear as crystal. The manager is probably the reason why Woffy won't ride for GB because he thinks not enough is being done to prepare. With that sort of comment, I don't think you deserve a reply. Why not ? What does Rossiter do for the other 51 weeks of the year ? Fair question and one he should be prepared to answer. He didn't even pick the team in 2016 as Tai Woffinden did that for him on Twitter after the British Final Edited December 22, 2016 by marky
Guest
Is there a 'Twit of the Month' award for speedway riders? If so, I think that I have a candidate for recognition. Edited December 22, 2016 by Guest

Tsunami
Enlighten us then? Well it would seem you already think the actual event is just a jolly for one week, why would anybody feel the need to enlighten you.

Fair question and one he should be prepared to answer. He didn't even pick the team in 2016 as Tai Woffinden did that for him on Twitter after the British Final Well last year h I think he went to croatia with the team for 4 days traning etc not sure how many times we done that before ..he also travels with the likes of Danny King etc gp qualification meetings ...lets not forget Rosco still has a young family and has to a normal 9 to 5 job to just to make ends meet ...not sure what else you want him to do or what the other team mangers like Mark Lemon do etc the rest of the year . As for Woffinden picking the side is was quite clear that was going to be the side anyhow ...and at the end of the day Woffy has acted like a big headed baby and choose to turned his back on the union jack ..so I am not why he even making any comments ..he's gone so leave the people who are proud to ride for team unlike him to do so .
Speedway28
A rider should be prepared to commit to his national side, it should be an honour. That goes for the others who declined. Rubbish. The difference between different countries and their preparation is huge. In my opinion, Tai is only trying to make British speedway better by doing this. As much as we all say we'd ride for our nation if we were in their position, there's no way a single poster on this forum knows the whole story. I applaud Tai for having the b******s to come out and express his views and stand up for what he believes in.
Phil The Ace
Did woffy even attend the training sessions in Croatia. Don't think he did. All though I could be wrong
The White Knight
Has Tai made a Statement or something. This, on here, is the first I have heard of him quitting Great Britain.

He wont improve anything by staying away, he's more likely to be listened to from the inside than the outside. Anyway the kids'll fashion a new ball out of unsold programmes and carry on with the game.

THE DEAN MACHINE
Speedway is a head game more than a fitness game , if going down the gym isn't your thing then doing it isn't making you happy , if your not feeling happy in yourself you won't win races , working out works for woffinden and some others but it's not for anybody , I remember the year holder was world champ saying he had never been to gym as it's not his thing , woffinden riding style especially in the gps has become an opitunist racer , he won't mix it on firsts corners anymore ,he always cuts back instead of racing for the dirt , it works for him but doesn't mean to say it works for everyone , but being a single minded person he can't see that Edited December 22, 2016 by THE DEAN MACHINE
stevebrum
Woffy has acted like a big headed baby and choose to turned his back on the union jack He hasn't. He will be wearing it with pride at all the GP's. He will be representing GB at least 3 times more than anyone else selected. Doesn't stop me disagreeing with his decision to quit team GB however I understand his reasons.

Recently he most certainly is going about things in the wrong manor on social media and making himself look a right spanner. It is so disappointing to read as a supporter of his His pop at Rosco was totally unnecessary and disrespectful, imo Rosco deserves an apology

There will be no sign of it on those bland race jackets though.
