Shale Searcher
So another week with fine weather slips by without BEL Speedway on the tellybox... Why so erratic TV coverage at the business end of the season? Perhaps FLAGRAG can enlighten us? Weather set fair Monday, Tai back at Wolverhampton... Why no Speedway? SteveLyric2
Polish Bank Holiday on Monday so full league programme. Danish league on Wednesday which is why Poole's meeting with Leicester is deferred to 24th.

Has British Speedway really become the second class citizens of the sport , just living off the scraps & being an after though for riders ?

foreverblue
The issue is we are now in that 'dead space' where the top teams have all but qualified for the cup and their meetings are meaningless. Sky had a horrible experience a few years ago. They went to Coventry v Swindon, top v second and it was shyte with the coup de grâce from Leigh Adams when he admitted Swindon were 'just testing set ups and stuff', it may even have been the same meeting as rossiters 'this might surprise a few people' when he gave a double tr bollox ride to McGowan or someone, lol! That's why they didn't show top v second on Monday and they were right with wolves not that bothered, instead we ended up with one of those meetings that is meant to justify the cup qualifiers as being worthwhile as demonstrated by the huge crowd, lol! Still, soon be raining in October for the cup final. Not in the slightest meaningless so important to top the table for choice of who you meet and have the second leg in the final at home. Every match is important and Wolves know that which is why they signed Tai now.

Midland Red
So another week with fine weather slips by without BEL Speedway on the tellybox... Good! That means, to get your speedway fix, you'll have to go the track instead of watching on tv
foreverblue
Don't respond to the troll. He posts the same every year, on every thread... I know just find it difficult to resist! What is the point of something being so important if no fans bother to go? Kings Lynn could have finished top of the top league FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THEIR HISTORY and I saw two, yes TWO of their fans! Why didn't sky show top v second on Monday if top spot is so important? ? You post the same every year on every thread x2 (at least!) Unlike a proper troll (ie you, the original dark lord troll) I can back up every point with easily verifiable examples of why I'm right. All you troll on about is telling the dumb (your word) promoters, no substance to back a single point, EVERY YEAR! so as it is so unimportant i expect Belle Vue to be resting Zagar for both home meetings against Poole and throw both meetings. Oh wait a minute they could have rested him for the Wolves match but no they went all out for the win, knowing 4 points would go along way to securing top spot. All you troll on about is telling the dumb (your word) promoters, no substance to back a single point, EVERY YEAR! So you claim. So Drop a Cog is right, and every promoter in England, Sweden, Poland and Denmark.. the ones who actually put the money in.. they are wrong. So tell us, as you are 'right'... Why are the promoters deliberately losing money? Edited August 13, 2016 by BWitcher
Gemini
.......Fred Flange......The only poster who got close to you and your style of trolling was some called subediy or something like that, I assume he's dead now but he was a nutcase as well........ Subedei aka Lady Luck.....yes very similar in the manner of posting to BWitcher and I have often wondered if they are the same person, but as Lady Luck is alive, well and still living in England whereas BWitcher is in Portugal (I think) I realize they're not. foreverblue
Don't answer the questions then, lol! Why would any team deliberately lose, but in any case we did rest Max as you know? You didn't rest Max he was mean't to be injured and if he wasn't he should be banned. Don't remember Kings Lynn having a chance of being top this season. Sky didn't show the Wolves match i expect because they know they will be showing plenty of them in the next few weeks.
BWitcher
What is wrong with you? More trolling. Even though it doesn't fit your trolling point you know collectively and individually promoters make mistakes but because it doesn't suit your trolling you keep going on about me doing what you do about everything all the time. I've cut out all the irrelevant bull that you throw in to deflect your point. The irrelevant bull being discussing various topics across a speedway forum.. that's what the forum is for. Not posting the same thing, year after year, thread after thread. We all know promoters make mistakes, as do all humans. However, they'd have to be pretty stupid to make the same mistakes, in every single major speedway country, year after year after year. The very fact that your own point is causing you this embarrassment and causing you to go off on one of your insulting tangents is quite telling. The reality is, we'll all be enjoying the play-offs soon enough.. as we will be next year.. and the year after. And you'll still be trolling and sadly nobody who matters will be paying the slightest bit of attention to you. I'll leave you to it now, regardless of the expected drivel you'll come out with in reply. Edited August 13, 2016 by BWitcher

BWitcher
I know I said I wouldn't post again... but as I'm a good Samaritan.. Fred Flange, you get very worked up at this time of the year... you know what happened last year... here's a reminder.. 02 October 2015 - 04:36 PM SCB, on 30 Sept 2015 - 11:10 AM, said: But if Lemo is correct that he contacted the referee to tell him.... I get the referee could miss it, thats fair enough and easy enough but when he was informed....Anyway, has anyone seen Drop a Cog? I'm worried he's had a heart attack due to the play-offs! Or has got lost in that big crowd on Monday?! "Banned until today, the quoted phrase was bigoted morons'? and the linked post washttp://www.speedway-...indpost=2683526I did try and contact Phil hine but he didn't have the balls or manners to reply, even via Facebook. See ya!" The end of Drop a Cog.. Banned.. and then further abuse of the owner of the forum. That's the kind of character you are. Now calm yourself down or Fred Flange.. or your other account Wibble will be headed the same way.
LagutaRacingFan
A perfect week in August with beautiful sunshine, kids off school and no speedway decides to take a break. Then they wonder why the sport is dying... Imagine a nightclub not opening on a Friday/Saturday night.
