TMW
I think the trick is getting the others in on low every averages. After all, Hume, Smith & Parkinson-Blackburn came in on less than 10 between them. And Bacon.

Im afraid our season was lost during the close season with the where will we ride saga, which was compounded by the sale then not for sale, by the time we knew what was what, all the best reserves had been snapped up..
RyeHouseExile
Well,I said it in regards to Wolvehampton's reserve problem, although Max seems to be improving with winning times on Monday night close to EL winning times. If Steve Boxall is still interested in riding,Cradley could do much worse than offer him a place.i have no connection with Steve apart from having seen him ride a few times including the individual event at RH in 2013,and he certainly gives 100% which is what is needed to support Max and Ashley.Only takes a phone call,Cradley management. I was out of work a few years ago, i sat a home for 3 weeks waiting for the phone to ring with an employer asking if i wanted a job.
Sings4Speedway
I think Boxall would come in on 9.56 so even dropping Chessell (8.70) & Purchase (3.59) to sign Boxall & a 3 pointer would not free up enough points? Not really sure where a Cradley saviour will come from? Maybe there is a rider that features well in the 2nd half matches that catches the eye or a retired rider gamble? Unusually Cradley have been slow to react when it comes to making changes and it could hurt them badly come play off time.

They were so slow making a change last year as well.In fact they didn't even bother.
Sings4Speedway
In fairness all teams are built on the gamble that riders will improve its just more important when you build top heavy. Chessell has paid off but a returnee & and untried kiwi were always big risks and Kingston was an obvious disaster from the start.
Heathen1984
These things happen. We wont make play offs anyway, which will be a good thing.
Alex2000
You can't sign boxall as he's already signed a PL contract. He has to sign a NL before a PL
flipper11
Boxhall could have signed for a NL club earlier in the season but was led to believe his PL average was too high. Does anyone no how to convert a PL average to NL average?
