spin king
It's really going to kick off when Piotr Pawlicki replaces Sam Masters And Matt Ford has left Poole to become Wolves Promoter.
fliss44
Welcome back Tai --- speedway is all about I'm alright Jack /what goes around comes around/one mans meat is another mans poison Poole would do exactly the same as would any other management if they were able to do so.

BWitcher
Agree, that why the sport in GB can't move forward though. Ah! I understand now, you're right. I was going to be flying over to take in the playoffs, I won't now, my team is trying to win. I don't what that, who would? Let's take Poole, their fans are sick of their team trying everything they can to win each year. Little wonder they get the lowest crowds in the league. Coventry under Sandhu, what a disaster that was, making changes where necessary to increase chances of success.. just turned the fans away. I still shake my head when I watch the Poole v Coventry playoff final in the deserted stadium.. Far better to just drift along and do nothing to improve your team, that packs the crowds in, guaranteed!

tellboy
And what reliable source is that then? A mate down the pub? I would have thought the Belle Vue promotion are far from happy with this as well. They might not be happy as it gives Wolves an edge, but with it being well within the rules nothing can be done. If Woofy had signed for Leicester,Lynn or Coventry i bet you wouldn't have come on here moaning then, because that wouldn't have affected Poole's chances of glory. Thats all it's about for you is Poole speedway not the good of British speedway. Welcome back to British speedway Woofy

I am genuinely struggling to think of any team in sport that wouldn’t make a change to strengthen their side and increase their chances of winning, that kind of move isn’t exclusive to speedway? Sidney the robin
Welcome back Tai. If Poole want to make a team change then Vaclav Milik for Brady Kurtz is a no brainer if the averages fit. Personally I would stick with the same 1-7 we have. Wolverhampton are not favourites to win the league due to the poor form of their reserve pairing (Howarth & Clegg). Clegg in the last six weeks has really improved surely you don't expect more from him.?
screm
For me no rules broken. No Problem. Would Matt Ford in the same situation have done the same for Poole? Of course he would the mans a winner and loves to win. Looks like the Wolves have play a blinder just at the right time. Absolutely, I dont see what Wolves has done wrong, or against the rules. Tai has missed one full season and all of this season so far so Wolves are quite entitled to sign him on his current average.

Well, as it is a forum, why don't you explain your post and how you feel it should be interpreted? You may well have a point, but without you saying what it is, how can I, or anyone else possibly know? Otherwise, it remains as it stands and there is no correlation. BWitcher
That is because of your interpretation of my post. But it is a forum and you are entitled to see it your way . Were you perhaps suggesting that new rules to benefit the sport overall aren't introduced due to each or certain teams wanting the rules to suit themselves? If so, that's fair enough and that has some merit. It has nothing to do with this situation however.
