Steve Shovlar
So Poole's first visit of the season to Kings Lynn and we should be at full strength. Pirates do tend to go quite well here and need a point at least to keep them safely in the playoff places. Coming up for this one weather permitting. Horrible journey and get to Belle Vue faster. Thought on the score? I think there will be no more than four in it.

Star Lady
Poole might be at full strength but who will be riding for Lynn. The KL preview doesn't make it clear, which is sooooo unusual

tellboy
Why shouldn't Kings Lynn be at full strength? Because Simon Lambert is out for the season
Star Lady
Why shouldn't Kings Lynn be at full strength? The tweet from the official account said full preview on the website but it only gave the team for Wednesday. I've become very cynical over the years so simply want to know who is riding on Thurs. is NKI back and will Kyle Hoearth still be in the team. Steve Shovlar
Cant see a ten point win to Poole. Not happened all season. Probably a repeat of last year with Iversen and Lambert getting a 5-1 to win it.
Star Lady
What are you coming along to watch on Thursday then SL? Not a chance gonna watch the cycling, Hubby wants to know if NKI is riding but he says the slightest hint of rain and he aint coming after the last debacle. kelvinht
If we put out the same half-ars*d team as we have down in Dorset tonight think I'll save me pennies and stay at home. What is the point.... :-(
tellboy
Well can see an easy Poole victory.Just can't see anyone decent to replace Lambert at reserve that would give us a chance. As far as i can see Starke,Auty,Howarth,Wright, and Kerr are all riding PL tomorrow. So we are struggling again at reserve which is all important as we know. Looks like only Ashley Morris would be available if he wants it. If we put out the same half-ars*d team as we have down in Dorset tonight think I'll save me pennies and stay at home. What is the point.... :-( Thought you prefer the EL,this is what it is nowadays. Edited August 10, 2016 by tellboy

Steve Shovlar
We thrashed Coventry 60-29 then went to their place and got turned over. Iversen is back, they will also have the Dane. Lambert, Schlein and Batchelor will all do far better. 4 points either way and I will be moaning about another crap performance by Hans. Fozzie4388
The corresponding fixture is staged tomorrow night when the Stars will again be without their number one Niels-Kristian Iversen whilst the Pirates have declared a full-strength outfit.Thursday teams (from)King's Lynn: Troy Batchelor, Kai Huckenbeck (to be confirmed), Robert Lambert, Ben Morley (guest), Rory Schlein (capt), Nikolaj Busk-Jakobsen, Lewis Rose - Team manager Rob LyonPoole: Hans Andersen (capt), Krzysztof Buckowski, Adam Ellis, Chris Holder, Brady Kurtz, Kyle Newman, Bjarne Pedersen - Team manager Neil MiddleditchNot sure how correct it is but just taken this off Poole's website
