mikec
fricke isn't good enough to win heat 14 in a play off final against poole Really?
poolebolton
Let's see how Poole do at the NSS. Top three vs Top three is close tbh. Holder vs Zagar= Holder just. Cook vs Hans= same. Fricke vs Buzz= Buzz will love the NSS. Matt will find a way to bring Magic for Bjarne at reserve somehow. This Poole team is not at full potential and Belle Vue are. If Hans and Holder get going best 1 2 punch in the league. I think Ellis will be the deciding factor is equal to Worrall and is buzzing because of Eastbourne results. The World Cup also meant that Holder,Kurtz,Hans and Ellis got a ride on it or had a very good look at it which is stupid by Belle Vue it's just saying to Poole here have a look. This season there is still a big gap between Belle Vue and Poole and the rest. Wolves seem to be running out of steam. Problem is as well Poole will already have there team for next year and rules will be built around Poole's team.

mdmc82
fricke isn't good enough to win heat 14 in a play off final against poole😂😂😂😂😂 I'm sure Brady, Newman and Buzz would have him shaking in his helmet, and now back in the real world. 😜 Klindt won the last heat 14 at Poole, so I'm sure Fricke would do it easily Edited August 8, 2016 by mdmc82
B.V 72
Why would you be p'd off if you were a Poole fan and didn't win? Sometimes you can look good on paper and it doesn't work as well on track. One example, Darcy said Coventry would be third and look where they are! Sorry Coventry fans. But if Darcy thought that Coventry would finish 3rd then the sooner Darcey has input to Pooles team building plans then the better for the rest of us.

arnieg
Why is Belle Vues greensheet total not all 7 riders on the Speedway GB site? It would appear Zagar has an average of 0.00! This is not unique to BV, Redcar's team total excludes no 1 David Bellego as well. And earlier in the season Cradley's team average included EIGHT riders. Joe Beevers
Somerset haven't been to Glasgow yet. We WILL beat them up here - and then it's play off's, so it's far from Somerset's league ! Very true, but if I was asked to lay my money down it would go on Somerset rather than an Elite League team and Glasgow do still have a big chance. End of season momentum is also usually crucial. I am surprised at people calling Daniel King a gater. I would say more racer but he does do a bit of both and even in his Grand Prix winning days, I would never refer to Bjarne as a racer but all this is entirely irrelevant to the topic. Until Poole ride at Belle Vue, I would say they are joint favourites for now because Belle Vue can beat Poole at Poole. If Poole do not like the Belle Vue track, you can hardly say they are favourites if they are going to get whitewashed on aggregate.
Steve Shovlar
Until Poole ride at Belle Vue, I would say they are joint favourites for now because Belle Vue can beat Poole at Poole. If Poole do not like the Belle Vue track, you can hardly say they are favourites if they are going to get whitewashed on aggregate. Do you think the Poole lads won't like Belle Vue? I should think they will thrive in the open wide conditions. They can go there as the underdogs knowing they can beat this seasons favourites. Belle Vue have lived up to their expectations, winning on the road as well as at home, while Poole have only won at Swindon and Lakeside with a draw at Leicester. We still have plenty of opportunities for points away from home. Kings Lynn twice, Belle Vue twice, Leicester, Swindon as well as going to Wolves. Not sure why Belle Vue fans and fans from other clubs don't want to label Belle Vue as title favourites. They have proved they are and its a mantle Poole have enjoyed carrying. But this year we have musfired while Belle Vue gave ridden above their expectations. Clear favourites for the title. Only problem for them is will they manage it in 2016 or fail again like last year? With Wolves home advantage also in the mix as playoff spoilers this is leading up to an explosive title race. Let battle commence!
mdmc82
Lol. :D If you win it then you obviously deserve it! But he won't so not even an issue, more likely to get Dudek tbh. How are BV underdogs when they are top of the league lmao!! King a racer?? Lol, that's funny. No he is not! Your right Lisa. He doesn't pass at all. Not a racer😂 http://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/speedway/10313086/highlights-british-final http://www.coventrybees.co/news.php?extend.3685
SteveLyric2
Magic for Bjarne somehow seriously? Good to start the day with a chuckle though. Nah. Magic for 2017. Could be Milik though (5.67) - looked much improved in the SEC on Saturday.
Aces51
Poole is prob one of Fricke's worst tracks. However, he improves every time he comes here. Steve Shovlar
If both teams get to the final and Fricke needs to win heat 14 to win it the second leg will be at the NSS. Why is that? Surely Poole will want to win the title in front of our own fans. Do you think you are nailed on to finish top?
damosuzuki
Poole are favourites for me because they can thrive at the NSS if they end up there. Nicholls doesn't seem to like it and BV are weaker at reserve. Sure Holder and Buzcowski will love it for a start. Plus, lets face it - Poole will have a mystery injury / tragedy for any underperformers before the playoffs.
colin wood
Other than Lakeside who were missing AJ belle Vue haven't really hammered anyone at home.Leicester gave us a scare so you can see Poole doing well.Everyone coming to the NSS seems to ride it well. This has produced some great racing but not much if any home advantage. For that reason Belle Vue won't be favourites over Poole despite the spin coming from Dorset.I still think Wolves could win it though. ouch
As an Aces fan I'm concerned about Wolves 'cause they are good and Poole 'cause they cheat.

But you dont troll lol Just so you understand: Belle Vue have never been favourites for the title Belle Vue are still not favourites for the league Poole were odds on favourites at the start of the season Poole still are odds on favourites for the title Fans from ALL clubs except Poole know that Poole are favourites. Only people who lack intelligence or troll would dispute the fact Leicester City led the premier league going into the last 8 weeks of the season yet Arsenal and Spurs were shorter in the betting!! Correct that Leicester went on to win but they were not favourites until with about 4 games to go. Poole are still overwhelming favourites, thats not an opinion its a fact. One that somehow escapes you. Belle Vue or Wolves could win the title and personally i think Belle Vue are a good price. You never see a poor bookie and thats why Poole are still huge favourites and if they cant win it this year when their biggest challenger has had to get used to a track with no advantage then Poole will have thrown it away Edited August 8, 2016 by Gavan

Not nailed on but Poole have got to pick up at least 15 points away less any Belle Vue drop at home to overtake us. I would say we are in the much stronger position. Our away performances show how strong we are. If we had the sort of home advantage Poole have we would be uncatchable.
