Reviresco
One member of the 2016 Ipswich Witches (and Rye House) Massif on Tour, intends to be there - then sat in Spearmint Rhinos about half an hour after the end of the match. Any local knowledge on parking etc. as it was 1984 I think the last time I went to Owlerton. Many Thanks.

Reviresco
Big tarmaced car park at the stadium, run by the stadium owners £2 to park. Many Thanks, now just have to sort out some accommodation. Close enough to Owlerton to walk or to Spearmint Rhinos to stagger. I guess the tram system doesn't go out to Penistone but there would be a bus service up from the town centre? Well I'm in Yorkshire tomorrow but don't see me being allowed to go along and give Sheffo a cheer! You horrible wee man, lol Breaking news Jason Garrity returns back into the Sheffield line up after coming through a fitness test. Whilst that would appear to diminish the Witches chances, it is great news that Mr Garrity is back and available. One of the true characters of the sport and sometimes worht the admission money on his own, and it is always better to see a team's 1 to 7 rather than Guests or RR. Welcome back Jason. EIS002
There's a hotel behind macdonalds across the road from the stadium. Garrison Hotel, 635, Penistone Rd, Hillsborough Barracks Sheffield
Baldyman
Macca. You want to stand in with the Sheffield crowd on the first and second bend, it's normally a great crack with the tigers fans.

Macca, The trams do go through Hillsborough parallel to Penistone Road, about 5 minutes walk to Owlerton, if you have booked your digs in Sheffield centre you need one with destination either Malin Bridge (blue) or Middlewood (yellow) and get off at the Hillsborough stop (outside the Rawson Spring pub) then go down Bradfield Road and Owlerton Green. spanner47
Not bad, just a shame we weren't there last week. Still need at least 2 more away wins to get close to the play offs.
