Tough match for the Rebels I think. We don't seem to be getting out of the traps early on in the matches lately, at Rye that could be a disaster. In the match early season when We lost , we were pretty sharp out of the starts, and just really lost it at the end. A repeat of the good start req. tomorrow please , and I think all round we should Nick it.

Shads your prediction seems a bit fishy to me especially if all the lads chip! in with a few points..

Ha ha probably Shads, in the league fixture he beat Zagar, Cook, Nicholls and S . Worrall, and equated the track record, so I'm guessing Lemo looking for more of the same.

Belle Vues first home meeting wasn't it?

Track record has been lowered by around 2 seconds since then. He'll need to be on his A game tonight

Good "cod" waco, you are the life and "sole" of the party aren't you. That joke gave me a "haddock". ....

I could get "battered" for those comments.

Anyway, looking forward to my first visit to Hoddesdon for five weeks or more. Be interesting to see how much the stadium has changed - Sponsor's Lounge Mr Jenson, lol?

Hopefully Cam will be 100% and his machinery will have been sorted and he doesn't override against the Aussies in the opposition. Also, hope Eddie is back to his imperious best, Robbo gets double figures, Gentleman Leigh finds some gating prowess and some speed, The Friendly Ghost picks up points in all his heats and the Reserves outscore their counterparts. If that happens, Rockets will win by half a dozen.

Will be staying on for the NL match too, and watch the Return of Danyon, especially after hsr pearler on Thursday at Foxhall. The way he cartwheeled across the track and was strapped down and placed in the ambulance, I thought he had broken every bone in his body. Then there he is in the pits after the meeting, smiling gingerly and having a mere flesh wound (well damaged ribs).

Just about deserved. Too many off days in the Rockets side today. 2 and a half hours to run 15 heats. Not great

.... And the run continues! Get on you Rebels!

Fantastic result and another fantastic score from Rohan. What a signing he has turned out to be from Ipswich!

He seems to have the bottle when it comes to the big races too. Perfect second heat leader and terrific back up to Josh.

Meeting too stop start to be enjoyable for me. The track didn't look in great shape.

No home meeting for five weeks didn't help the home team get in the groove, but in truth Somerset were the better all round side and deserved the win.

No work done on the stadium in the mid season break either.

He sure does. There hasn't been many people that have beaten Kennett around Rye this year, let alone twice in one night.

Absolutely flew out of the traps in 13 and 15, and basically no one got near him. Josh brilliantly done Robbo on the line in 13 to get the vital two point lead. Starky equally good with a tapes to flag win in 14. Good team of supporters on the back straight and "interesting" banter with Rockets fans.

Got a bit held up on the M25 coming so missed you at the start, came round at the end but I think you had gone. The lads said they saw you though. See you next time ....said it would be close😉

Just considering Tungate further, it's a long time since I have seen such a 'clean' gater. He stays absolutely still at the start and is truly electrifying to the first bend. Especially off gate 4 at the OTA.

Josh talks regularly about how light Rohan is and how he uses this to his advantage. Certainly shifts his body weight much further forward than most riders.
