SteveLyric2
I think thats a pretty fair statement from Horton - not going into any more detail about past issues and not 'pointing the finger'!!
Brandon
Horton said on CWR he made a "heat of the moment" comment regarding selling the club. Now he wants to stay involved. Seems the issues with the stadium owners maybe resolvable by working together. Same "working together" ref to the save Coventry speedway group. Am I the only one who reads this as a hope for speedway coming back next season?
Gemini
I thought he couldn't make it pay without the Stock Cars running as well and as Brandon Estates don't want Sandhu anywhere near the place that might be a bit difficult.
Woz01
The last quote in the article is interesting.
Woz01
Horton has said he's prepared to let someone else run the club if we get back to Brandon but the club isn't for sale.
SCB
Horton is shocked that nobody has offered to buy the club. Maybe because there currently is no club to buy
The White Knight
Horton is shocked that nobody has offered to buy the club. Maybe because there currently is no club to buy Could be SCB, could be. The people I am very sorry for though are the Supporters. Will there Club appear next Season as we all hope - or - is this the end? Best wishes for Coventry Speedway. Woz01
At least we now know Horton will be doing all he can to get Bees back at Brandon, he might be able to sell it then.

If i were a Coventry fan i would find it difficult to trust anything Horton has to say and i expect a few Peterborough fans may have the same opinion.

Dave Jones
Next move is civil action against Sandhu according to the article. No it isn't the article suggested that there might be civil action, not that there would be.
CB252
Having stood in the car park on March 10th and listened to the solicitor for Brandon Estates declare whom they hold entirely responsible for this sorry mess, I'll be pleasantly surprised if civil action is not forthcoming.
