SCB
Personally I think a more solid 1-7 is the way we will go. It depends on the race format. Using the current format you need two(ideally 3) heat leaders but using the old format it's not quite so important. That said I've always been an advocate of sign a good top 2, a good reserve and then fill the gaps. Those 3 guys ride 15 (maybe more) of your 30 heats, get them right as they ride more heats than anyone else!

A strong reserve is key and I hope the promotion realise that for 2017 whichever format they decide. Does anyone actually know the date of the AGM seems a bit hush hush at the moment.

foreverblue
You would have thought they would have released a statement on the website of the details of the agm by now

Mr Bump
Could be fireworks then. There's certainly a few people likely to be involved who could do with a rocket up the arse.

A ORLOV
Will the promoters be getting their claws into each other !! Will any of them get thrown to the lions ?
Bees_Man
Any rumours of a new team manager. Surely we'll need someone in place before team building begins, not that I doubt Horton takes anyone else's opinions on board!!
Woz01
Any rumours of a new team manager. Surely we'll need someone in place before team building begins, not that I doubt Horton takes anyone else's opinions on board!! The 2015 side was mainly made up of riders Havvy wanted. 2016 Havvy was in hospital so didn't help with the team building. I agree though the sooner a manager is named the better. Still disappointed I've not been contacted 😂 Edited October 18, 2016 by woz01

Bees_Man
Interesting. It always seemed to me Havvys contacts were all mostly PL so he'll do well there I think.
Woz01
Good opportunity for Havvy to be part of that.

Joe Beevers
Gary Havelock next venture has been announced, he is part of a consortium taking over at Berwick. Interesting timing as well as father Brian has stepped down from Redcar so I presumed Gary might go there but would appear not. Wonder if Brian will be part of the Bandits consortium. Woz01
Lawarence Rogers leaves. Probably not a surprise considering the Storm might not even run next year.
